All members of the Fawley staff are SO helpful. Billy, who did our estimate, was very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions. Levi, who installed the door, was very friendly and efficient. I am super happy with the result!

Kaleb was very knowledgeable and helpful about fixing my problem with my garage door and didn't try to charge me for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. The work was done in a timely manner and he was great at explaining what repairs he had made and left no mess for me to clean up. After thinking our garage door was irreplaceable Jake was so awesome to fix it within 15 minutes and only charge for a service call. He could have easily told me it was irreparable and sold me a new door but focused first on the customer. Appreciate you!!!
Fawley was able to schedule a same-day appointment, even though I called in late morning. Jake came out, did the troubleshooting, determined the issue, and completed the repair in just minutes. He did an awesome job and was friendly and professional. Over 30 years or so, Fawley has installed a set of garage doors and done repairs twice. As long as they're in the area, they'll always be my first choice!
Of course both springs break at 4pm the day before Xmas weekend, and the door will not open manually, my cars are stuck in the garage. After speaking to Lauren (a very nice/helpful person), Bret was dispatched for an emergency call, basically so I could get the car out until early next week when the repairs could be made. Bret called right away and was at my house 20 minutes later. He said he had the parts in his van and could take care of me right away before the holiday. He did just that, nice guy to talk to and great service. I've used Fawley Door a couple times in the past and always had good service. I will continue to use them in the future for any garage door/opener needs.
Fawley doors was a wonder to work with. As a project manager I have a high expectation for companies and Fawley exceeded our expectations. From the initial conversation, to sizing up the job, ordering the material, scheduling the work, removing the old door and installing the new. Communication was 10/10. Probably the best we've had from any company we've worked with for our house in the 7+ years we've had it. It seems a silly thing but I am SUPER excited about this new door. The old ones were big heavy sliding doors that we needed to open and close manually. This is a huge upgrade and we're very happy we chose Fawley door to help us out with it.

The day after our power came back on during the 2023 ice storm, our garage door fell off its tracks. D & I were able to lift it enough to get our cars out fortunately. A relative recommend Fawley Overhead Door. You can book your appointment online, which I did on a Sunday afternoon. However, I called them on Monday after they opened just to make sure I was on their schedule, and they were able to get us in sooner. Bret, the service tech, texted shortly before he arrived. He took one look at the door and knew what happened. Within less than 45 minutes, he had it running smoothly, and also reprogrammed our keypad outside and programmed my car's built-in button so I can use it now. We are so happy with our service from Fawley Overhead Door and highly recommend them.
We just moved into a new house and our garage door was not working. They sent a tech out here very quickly. He worked inside the very hot garage for over an hour trying to fix the problem. When I called the office to order a new opener they gave me an estimate within an hour and scheduled installation the next day. Excellent service
I've had to use Fawley door twice over the past couple years and each time I've been impressed. They were quick to send someone out, I didn't feel taken advantage of price wise (both jobs cost less than I anticipated), and they answered all my questions regarding the work they did. Fawley Door is a wonderful, family-owned business with friendly, professional people having great knowledge and skills. Last summer we had them replace our original garage doors (40 years old) with three woodtone, steel insulated C.H.I. brand doors, along with new garage door openers. Jason from the sales staff was kind and honest; he took his time with us and thoroughly explained all our choices (there are a lot!). The indoor showroom displayed every option, which was great for getting to see and touch what we would be buying. Jason was at our house in a few days taking measurements and finalizing our plans. The installation crew worked hard to get it all done in a single day. Their work was impeccable. Besides being beautiful, the new doors are solid, quiet and -- bonus -- kept our attached garage noticeably warmer last winter. Overall, the best experience we could have expected. We couldn't be more pleased.
I had three damaged panels replaced in our garage door. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, and responsive. The price was great. Others were priced higher and tried to oversell. The door works better now than when it was new. I am extremely happy. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again if I needed.
Fawley Door has excellent customer service. Friendly and will do what they can for you. I called first thing I the morning and couldn't schedule an appointment till two days later but they would come at some point that day and get my car out for me. Turns out the tech who we ended up doing the repairs the same day. Bravo Fawley. Highly reccommend this company.
We have had great service from Fawley door for a number of years now. I highly recommend them, from emergency service to new door and opener installation. I had a two car wide wood door that was original to the house built in 1960. Over the last five years it has needed springs 3 times and it also wore out my opener. In short, it was in disrepair. Each time I called Fawley Door, my service needs were promptly handled - two times even had same day service. After the third spring broke, I went to their showroom and spoke to the owner about a new door and opener. Tom put together an excellent package for me. Although he said he would have to order the door and it would take two weeks, he offered to install the new opener the next day so we wouldn't have to open the old door manually in the winter. That was great. I now have my new door as well and it looks and operates great. Five stars to Fawley door. I highly recommend.
It went well. They scheduled the installation within a week from when I called. They described the new opener completely and accurately before I bought it. The installation was on schedule and done well. The technician even helped me program my car remote to work with the door. Services Rendered: I had a new overhead door opener to replace one that didn't work properly.
I called about a week prior, they arrived on time, took little time and explained the charges. Super professional folks. Services Rendered: I just needed the gauge wire on my garage door replaced and checked for safety.
Called this and one other place . They didn't charge an immediate $80 to come and check it out/labor no matter how long so I went with it. The girl in the phone was not super friendly but since I didn't know how long it would take I went with them. Also should have red flagged it because she said they could come when I wasn't home...ah no so I waited an additional week to get a fix. The guy came and to his credit he diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and fixed things in under an hour....and charged $130 in labor. In total cost me more because for the 45 minutes it took to fix, paying overhead door's $70 per hour of labor would have saved me money ... my bad there I guess but overall just didn't feel great about it.
The tech was actually able to come early and complete the work within an hour. Everything works great; there was some drywall damage, but it was a result of when the garage was finished previously rather than the work that was done on this occasion. Services Rendered: Fix garage door that would not open or close. The cables and springs had gone bad and needed to be replaced.
Had a new garage door opener that needed installed. Day of the installation arrived and there was a mix-up in the office and the technician was accidentally sent to a different job. This was toward the end of the day on a Friday. The manager made it right and sent another technician after 5pm (on a Friday!) to help us out. The technician was kind and knowledgeable and had us fully operational in a little over an hour! Thank you, Fawley!

Called for repair on Thursday morning just after 8 am. A technician was on site by 9:15 am and had everything repaired and ready to go within an hour. I technician was very polite, personable, professional and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Services Rendered: We had our Garage Door spring break on a Wednesday night.
30 min. and all was well and working. Services Rendered: Garage door was sprung after being hit by a car.
