Google5Dale was great! Easy to schedule replacing two springs. The weather seal was in need of replacement, and the manufacturer of my Garage Door is out of business so this was not an easy find, but Dale went the extra mile to track down a replacement.

Google5Dale is great! He responded very quickly and replaced my spring and hinges within an hour or so of my phone call to him. Nice guy, worked quickly and my garage door works better than it has in years! I definitely recommend him to others needing garage door repair.

Google5My experience with Dale was the best. As a new neighbor to Arlington Heights, I was in need of someone to replace a tension spring that broke. The issue was resolved the next day in an excellent manor above & beyond! Thank you once again for helping me with great service!

Google5I called "On a Roll" at about 11:00am. Dale was returning from a job in the area and stopped by my house by 11:15am. He took one look at my issue and suggested an easy way to fix it myself. This saved me about $200. He did not make a repair that was not necessary. This is the kind of honest assessment that I so value in local businesses. I didn't need any service this time, but next time I do, I will call Dale at "On a Roll."

Google5Very prompt and professional service! My garage door spring snapped and Dale was quick to diagnose and replace the spring. He took the time to make sure everything was adjusted and in working order. Highly recommend On a Roll for your garage needs!

Google5Dale came out to the house to give us an estimate, educated us on the unsafe features on our current door (very old), and presented us with options. He called back the next day letting us know the door we were interested in was in stock. Gave me the price quote and it was installed a couple of days later. Dale did a great job and now we have a fully functional garage door! Super friendly and professional! I highly recommend On A Roll Residential Garage Doors, LLC if you are in need!

Google5Dale provided fast and quality service for our garage. It operates better than ever. He diagnosed the issue and provided a quality solution the fit the problem. (Needed our springs replaced). I would highly recommend this business and will use them in the future if I encounter any garage door issues.

Google5Dale was very responsive and came to install 2 new Lift Master belt drive units the next day after speaking with him and getting a quote. The work was done professionally and pricing was very good. Left the garage cleaner than when he arrived! Everything is working great with both units!
