I went to other companies that told me my garage door was not fixable and must be replaced (if anyone knows how much that cost it's crazy) through a friend I called and not only did they fix my garage door the man that came out was soooo kind and helpful! Will be calling them when my garage door finally gives up but for now they saved me money and provided excellent service! Thank you!

What a great experience with Tim at Wagners! I contacted another company that I had used in the past for garage door repair. They were unable to get to me for more than 12 days. Thinking this was unacceptable and not wanting to wait that long to use my garage, I searched the internet, found Wagners and called and talked to Tim. It was Friday morning and he already had a schedule completed for the day but assured me he would be out Monday if he was not able to make it today. ( not 10-12 days) I was ecstatic when he called me later THE SAME DAY to tell me he was on his way to do the repair. He had all the parts on his truck that he needed for the job and had my door up and working very quickly. I was at work but Tim kept in touch with me throughout the repair process. He was honest, courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. Needless to say, I will not be calling that other company in the future. I see thousands of people in my business and will definitely recommend Tim and Wagners at every opportunity. I will ONLY be using Wagners in the future for all my garage door needs as well as recommending them at every opportunity. Although I had never met Tim, He made me feel like he genuinely cared about my situation and did everything he could to get it taken care of right now. All I can say is WOW!!! Thank you Tim.

Amazing service. Wagner Door saved me from a terrible experience with Overhead Door Company Kalamazoo. The Wagner tech came out in less than an hour and fixed it faster than that. Customer service was excellent. Pricing was great. I'll never use another company for garage door repair and install again. I cannot recommend Wagner enough.

Very professional, fast and helpful. Came all the way to Allegan to repair an old 1960's (HEAVY) door that ripped the track from the wall. Excellent recommendations and went above and beyond fine tuning the whole system before he left. Great service, would highly recommend.

I called in the morning (around 9:30am) and told that we were in a bind due to the fact that I work at a residential roofing company, and one of our doors was stuck open and wouldn't budge. That poses a problem, as someone could slide in and unlock the doors and steal valuable items from our warehouse if we didn't get it fixed by the end of the day. The person on the phone told me it wouldn't be a problem, and they could probably have someone out the same day. They took my cell phone number and told me they'd be over as soon as possible. Around 2:00 or so, I got a call that someone would be over to take a look at it. The guys name was Tim Wagner, and he was extremely polite and showed me what the problem was - one of the tension cables had come loose and the rollers had come out on the opposite side. He said he could probably fix it on site. Phew! After about an hour of work, he had the door back on track, had installed new rollers, greased the door, and adjusted both the tension cables so the door now works better than it has in 10 years! For all the work he did, he only charged me $180, which was more than fair, in my opinion. There's no question I'll be calling Wagner for any future repairs or replacements, and I'd have no reservations recommending them to any of my roofing customers either. GREAT JOB! Services Rendered: They repaired a large steel garage door on a commercial building that was stuck open (the door is about 25' wide by 20' tall, and is very heavy).

I was very satisfied with the work of Mr. Wagner and would recommend him to others, with no reservation. Services Rendered: The company arranged for the replacement of a single, wood garage door, with four window panels that was damaged. It had to match a 30-year-old companion garage door. Because of that, there had to be a bit of customization because the exact model was no longer available from a supplier. Mr. Wagner came to my house to review the situation and take very specific measurements. After some research with suppliers he sent me a very specific, itemized estimate. Once I returned the the signed estimate, he ordered the door and within a little over a week he called to say the door was in and we arranged for installation. At the appointed time he arrived with the door, was very skilled in the installation, talked to me about a couple of lock options and examined the companion door for proper operation. The match is very good and, for a customized door, the price (though expensive) was probably very reasonable.

When I pushed the button on my garage door operator, the door started to open, but after it had opened a few feet, the bottom section split in half and the rollers came out of the tracks on both sides, so I was unable to move the door in either direction This is a 16 foot wide heavy wooden door and the two pieces of the split section were hanging about three feet above the floor, so I was unable to get my car out of the garage. I called Wagner Door in the morning and about 4 hours later Tim Wagner arrived and spent about two hours working on the door. He joined the broken sections with angle iron, replaced the damaged hinges and was able to restore the door so that there was absolutely no evidence of the damage from the outside. He also took the time to reset the travel adjustments on the door operator. The charge for his work was absolutely reasonable, compared with the cost of a new door and in addition Tim is a very nice guy, pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Wagner Door for garage door repair or replacement.
