BBB5So happy with their work. They fit me in even though they had a full day of work. Although we all thought I would be replacing my garage door, they made the effort to put it back together and to the surprise of all it worked. They left me with a fully functioning door. Very happy I called them.

Google5Great Christian oriented company. Guys were very honest and knowledgeable. Thought I needed new springs and they came out, looked things over and told me I only needed a new gear. Fixed it, now it works like new. Saved me a bunch of money.

Google5Excellent work! Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. FAIR Pricing! Would definitely call West Michigan Garage Doors again if/when needed. Came within 24 hours of request for service. Replaced our garage door's broken spring and added supports. When finished (in less than an hour), Willie noticed that the door opener itself was installed improperly (by the original construction crew). They not only repaired the wrong sized parts, but added new brackets and wires FREE OF CHARGE! It was an extra 1/2 hour worth of work! Very impressed and pleased with their work.

Google5The spring on my garage door broke and I decided to replace it with a new door since I had planned to replace it in the next year or two anyway. I was able to set up an appointment for Willie to come out to my house quite quickly to give me an estimate on a new door. He helped me navigate through the different options available for me and got my new door ordered for me. The same day that it was delivered to him - he was out at my house installing it. It is so nice to have a working garage door again - and I am very happy with the door and the installation job. I would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Google5Have purchased garage doors for 2 properties, one several years ago and one in March 2017. Both times I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the doors and the perfect fit and operation. The reasonable price quoted included all new hardware, disposal of old door and parts. The owners are very nice people to do business with.
