Bought a house that featured a couple of automatic garage doors purchased from this business. I think the builder just installed them himself. The cables recently failed with one side completely off the spool and one side tangled. The customer service person eventually agreed to take my name and number to hand off to the maintenance crew but no one ever got back to me. I guess they are much more geared toward sales and installation than repair. I'll guess I'll just watch some YouTube videos and try to fix this myself.

My parents were in need of a repair on their garage door and framing. The owner, Stan, was extremely prompt on returning their phone call and he came to fix the door within 24 hours of the incident. Not only was he able to fix the door, he repaired the framing. Stan and his son are prompt, competent, cheerful, and really kind. I highly recommend using Montana Garage Door, Inc.

Montana garage door saved me over a grand from other companies in the flathead. They were pretty accurate estimating the delivery time for the doors and installed them in a day. I couldn't be happier with them
