Google5Amazing service! Nick came and fixed our garage door within an hour of calling and was very professional and educated me about proper care for the new parts. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use them from here on out!

Google5Realized yesterday the problem of why my door was not opening was a broken spring. Called another company that I had used 5 or 6 years ago and could only leave a message(which has not returned my call at this time). My son had used Riverside so called them and to my surprise was answered by a real person. Was told they could have someone here later yesterday or Thursday so I said today. Nate showed up about 2 hours later and replaced both springs. Door is working fine. Am very satisfied.

Google5Unbelievable!!! I called Riverside at 1:55. The techs showed up at 2:15, determined what the issue was with my opener and ran for replacement parts. By 3:10 my door was operating again like new! Nate and Connor did a great job for me! I highly recommend Riverside Garage Doors to all!

Google5I had some work done by Nick, Will and Mike. They all were professional and seemed to go "over and above" to really make my garage doors run smoothly. Mike was especially talented and fixed a few items I couldn't get fixed correctly with a previous garage door company. He's highly experienced and was 100% professional and polite in explaining everything. This is a superb company and they will do a great job for anyone who needs garage door work. About 1 out of 10 companies are at this level of competency and abilities.... I'd recommend them to anyone!!!

Google5Damaged my garage door on a Thursday afternoon, Mike was over Friday morning and fixed it in about and hour. I wasn't even sure it was fixable but he did a great job. Decided to replace it so Dakota did that whole job by himself, didn't even take a lunch break. I decided to ask if they could tweet a couple things and they sent Mike and Conner over who did that work in no time. These guys are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and professional. It's hard to know who to trust especially when you're and old lady but I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Mike, Conner and Dakota:-)

Google5Nick was great! He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He identified my problem immediately and had both doors fixed within a short time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and personable! I highly recommend him and Riverside Garage Doors! Thanks for finding and fixing my problem Nick!

Google5I had very good guys to help me through my garage door dilemma. It was hard but we made it through leaving and NOT leaving the car inside the garage. They were very willing to help from the gal that answered the phone (Mikayle) to the guy who came in at the last minute and remeasured the springs and said I put them in now. It took him NO time to do this--he was just wonderful. Name is Nick!!! Good worker very professional and just great person..

Google5An appointment was arranged promptly by phone and 2 Technicians arrived as scheduled. The problem was corrected in 25 minutes, and routine maintenance was given to a second door without being requested and at no extra cost. The Invoice was already available and payment was made on site by the Technician who phoned my credit card information to his office by phone. Best of all was the very pleasant and cordial attitude of the Technicians. The service provided by Riverside Garage Doors couldn't have been better, and I would recommend them highly.

Yelp5I've used Riverside Garage Door services several times over the last twenty years. Their employees are always courteous, efficient and professional. When my garage door broke recently Riverside technicians arrived quickly and did an excellent repair. Two days ago I contacted Riverside regarding installation of an emergency handle on the inside of the garage door. An appointment was quickly made and because they had recently serviced the door Riverside informed me there would be no additional charge for this service call! Thank you Riverside. Your great service is truly appreciated.

Yelp5I contacted Riverside Garage Doors for repair service based on the recommendation of a friend and felt even more confident after seeing the great reviews here and on Google. The rail on my 4-year old garage door had come completely out of the wall above my garage door apparently due to an inferior, or even potentially faulty, installation. Surprisingly, Riverside was able to schedule me within a couple of days and Mike and Jeremy efficiently and professionally fixed the problem for me. Given that a garage door and/or garage door opener that is incorrectly installed or is malfunctioning can be either dangerous to you or others, risky for your car, or just inconvenient should it fail with your car stuck in the garage, having a reliable and trustworthy company to call upon is invaluable. I can't recommend Riverside more.

Yelp5Riverside Garage Doors is a very reputable business. They are timely in their service, the price is fair and most of all they stand behind their products! Can't say enough good about them. With so many people being ripped off by contractors these days it's nice to know there are still businesses you can trust. Choose them, you won't be sorry.

Yelp5I called Riverside Garage Doors on a Friday, late in the day and they were able to have someone out first thing Monday. Dan called early and got here quickly. He diagnosed the issue and needed a different part. Upon hearing that, I figured it would be weeks. He clarified that he would be back in a bit! He went back to the shop, got the part and returned to repair! He even helped to program the opener and all within the same morning! They're on my home care list now! Thanks, Dan!!!!

Yelp5Riverside is literally awesome to work with. Their tech is great at the job and they don't try to squeeze any sales into a repair. They were so good I asked for a quote even though my tech told me I had a few years left on my setup. The quote even came fast and reasonably priced. Call them, you won't regret it.
