Google5We wanted to thank Kevin for the Incredible installation job he did on our garage doors. He was very informative through the entire process, which made our experience a breeze. Once the install was completed, he was very thorough and making sure everything was working, right!! We couldn't be happier with our experience with 1st alliance, garage doors!! Highly recommend them!!!

Google5Kevin and his team did a great job at a fair price. Had our garage door openings raised and new, larger doors installed. Most of the work was done in a day. Very happy with the process and results!

Google5I was having garage door springs break more frequently than I thought they should have. Kevin came out and looked over everything. He assured me that the garage door was working great. Advised me that I should spray some lubricate on the hinges and springs every 6 months. He was super professional, friendly and honest. It is nice to have honest people out there to work with. Thank you, Kevin.

Google5Kevin was great to work with. I wasn't in a position to buy a new door and he was able to fix the old one. No pressure at all and fast! I will definitely call him when the time comes for a new one!!

Google5Kevin is friendly and professional. He was easy to work with and helped us pick out our garage door. He installed the door in a timely manner and explained easy maintenance for the garage door springs. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for garage door maintenance or new doors.

Google5Kevin at 1st Alliance has rescued me from garage door emergencies several times now. He responds right away when I message, and is always at my house ready to fix whatever problem I have within hours. I've compared pricing, and he is ALWAYS the best price - by far. He will get your repair done before anyone else can even come look at it and you'll save a ton of money.. what else do you need?? They really are the best!!

Angi5Very well, Kevin called me the same day to make an appointment which was sooner than I expected. He diagnosed the problems which were simple fixes, reprogrammed the the opener and lubricated the door. Courteous and professional. Thank you Services Rendered: Did not need a new opener, but the mother board needed to be reset and new remote.

Angi5First off, Kevin was very quick to respond after my initial inquiry here. He was able to get me in at 7am the next morning, arrived early, worked very quickly and was happy to explain anything I was curious about. Prior to working, he gave me a rundown of what the repairs would entail and approximate cost and time. I expected him to just set up a time to return...nope! He had all his supplies/tools, etc. and completed the repair in just over an hour. This included repair/maintenance of the 2 garage doors themselves (one was hit by a car), plus reinstalling a garage door opener and bracket which literally fell to the ground. He rewired all my sensors/controllers and provided me a new remote (no idea where the old one went). He was by far the least expensive of the estimates I had, but also the most professional. Services Rendered: Had 2 garage doors repaired and 1 reinstallation of a garage door opener.
