I was having garage door springs break more frequently than I thought they should have. Kevin came out and looked over everything. He assured me that the garage door was working great. Advised me that I should spray some lubricate on the hinges and springs every 6 months. He was super professional, friendly and honest. It is nice to have honest people out there to work with. Very well, Kevin called me the same day to make an appointment which was sooner than I expected. He diagnosed the problems which were simple fixes, reprogrammed the the opener and lubricated the door. Courteous and professional. First off, Kevin was very quick to respond after my initial inquiry here. He was able to get me in at 7am the next morning, arrived early, worked very quickly and was happy to explain anything I was curious about. Prior to working, he gave me a rundown of what the repairs would entail and approximate cost and time. I expected him to just set up a time to return...nope! He had all his supplies/tools, etc. and completed the repair in just over an hour. This included repair/maintenance of the 2 garage doors themselves (one was hit by a car), plus reinstalling a garage door opener and bracket which literally fell to the ground. He rewired all my sensors/controllers and provided me a new remote (no idea where the old one went). He was by far the least expensive of the estimates I had, but also the most professional. Services Rendered: Had 2 garage doors repaired and 1 reinstallation of a garage door opener.
