Google5Josh replaced springs on my garage door. He went above and beyond to tighten up some other bolts. He explained everything he was doing and more importantly, why. His price was great, he was fast and a very friendly guy. Great communication through the scheduling process, very professional!. I hope I don't have another garage door issue but If I do I will give Josh a call 100% Happy Customer!

Google5Josh is hands down one of the best. He treats you with respect , is very accurate on when he can get the job done and does a great job! 10/10 I would recommend using him instead of some corporate company.

Google5Josh with Family Man Garage door was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. He installed a new opener, programmed our remotes and got us all set up. We recently had to reach out to him again due to our vehicle being stolen with a garage door opener in it. He quickly told us how to disarm all remotes and reprogram the remotes we still had, offering to come and do it for us if we needed. The customer service and quality from Josh with Family Man by far is the best!

Yelp5The spring on my garage door broke, and after seeing yelp reviews I decided to call Josh. He was very busy, but was willing to come out and look at the garage door if I had a car stranded inside. Fortunately, that was not the case, but he came out the next day and gave us a quote and we decided to replace both doors. The day Josh installed the doors, I felt he was very respectful, efficient and very very professional. He comes highly recommended.

Yelp5We are so happy with our new door and operator. The door is improving our energy efficiency and the curb appeal of our house. The opener is so quiet! Working with Josh was great - he was incredibly responsive and provided us with a thorough consult and price quote. The turnaround time for install was very reasonable. The workmanship is of the highest quality. Highly recommend!

Yelp5I picked Josh to repair our garage door due to his other highly rated reviews, and the fact that he was personally mentioned as the owner. He came out the day after I called and not only fixed what we asked, but showed us where the door was wearing out. We had him fix it all. The door is now much quieter when opening and closing. Support a local small business - give Josh a call.

Yelp5The spring on my garage door broke late in the evening. I found this business on Yelp, sent a text, and received a call back from Josh right away. He made sure my garage door was secure and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. Upon arrival, Josh replaced the affected parts and provided a thorough inspection for both garage doors. He spent time explaining what had gone wrong and also showed me some areas that would need future maintenance and repair so I could plan ahead. I elected to make many of the repairs and felt that he explained everything well. I never felt any pressure and appreciate the time and consideration Josh offered on this job. I highly recommend Josh and Family Man Garage Doors!

Yelp5Came out and installed a new opener and repaired the other door next day. Very professional and walked me through and explained everything that was being done and why. Would definitely recommend and will be calling him out if I need anything else done

Yelp5At 6:20 AM my garage door wouldn't close properly. As I was leaving for outpatient surgery, I waited until I got back to call a repair service. I found Family Man on Yelp! and thought "OK, he's close and the review sounds good." So I called him. Josh answered immediately and said he was on the way to another job near me and would call me back with an ETA in about an hour or so. He did just that and 15 minutes later he was diagnosing the door's problems. He fixed the cable, tightened the tension and adjusted the garage door opener. He pointed out the rollers were worn and suggested two alternative roller types if I wanted them replaced then. There was no pressure at all. I chose a set and he installed them quickly and proceeded to do a "tune up" of the door. The total time spent was about an hour and his charge was very reasonable. I'd recommend Josh to anyone who needs affordable, reliable and honest garage door service.

Yelp5I messaged Josh at Family Man Garage Doors on a Sunday for an estimate and got a reply almost immediately. He was prompt and responsive in setting up our appointment, and his estimates were competitive with the other companies we contacted. When he arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose our problem, give us an accurate estimate, and fix our broken door fast and well. He also identified and fixed a problem with our second door and now it's working great too! Josh was friendly and professional. He did a full evaluation of both doors, fixed what I asked him to fix, and then let me know what might need to be fixed in the future and how to keep our garage doors working well in the meantime. We highly recommend Family Man Garage Doors - we'll be sharing his info with everyone we can!
