Super happy with M.R. Door! The women in the office that I spoke to was kind, and got me an appointment really quickly. Travis, my technician, was awesome! Very knowledgeable and quick to fix my broken spring. He was super patient and answered all of my questions about possibly replacing my garage door sometime next year. I highly recommend M.R. Door!!!

We called M.R. Door to get some fixes, Travis M came out and had both our garage doors diagnosed, fixed, and programmed to a remote within 30 dollars. Very professional and did quick efficient work. Will recommend M.R Door to folks I come across in need of garage door repair.

M.R. Door is who you want to troubleshoot and fix residential and commercial door-related jobs with their family run operation here in KC. Appointment setting was quick and easy through text; Tony sent a message with an ETA the morning of and was on-time; he also graciously came BACK to the property after the job was done to help ensure everything was okay! I was unable to understand how to reset the settings on the door opener after work was completed and he quickly swung by to recalibrate for me!

Our garage door opener bit the dust on the Friday before the Monday my wife was to undergo knee replacement. I've installed many door openers over the years but under the circumstances I just didn't want to hassle with this one. Called M.R. and scheduled the replacement for early the next week. Since I was at the hospital, I couldn't be home to let them in so I left the door unlocked. They installed the new opener and keypad and set the code for me. Paid them over the phone without even seeing the work that was done. Got home that evening and everything was perfect. Other than the new opener, I couldn't tell they'd even been there. Quality work at a decent price and trustworthy too.

I checked here on Yelp first and got a little nervous when I saw just one generic review...but I had seen this company mentioned again and again on nextdoor. Positively. I'm happy to report I had a great experience! Starting with my initial phone call. The lady who answered asked detailed questions and was able to troubleshoot the issue we were having with door #1 right over the phone and get it working again. I scheduled a service call to have a technician come over and inspect door #2 as it was running really rough. I received a text confirmation for the appointment and another one when the technician was on his way over. It showed his name, his picture and a short bio. He arrived on time and fixed the issue we were having in quick order. He made sure to give both of our garage door openers a good once over, tightened the chains, greased all of the moving pieces and all for just the cost of the service call (no extra nickel and dimes for the screws and supplies.) He was pleasant and efficient and I am kicking myself I didn't call sooner. Very pleased!

Technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly determined type of repair needed. He explained very well what had gone wrong and how he would fix it. It was fixed correctly and has been working great ever since. He also took the time to look at another adjacent door that will be needing repairs and told me what needed to be done with it. He even lubricated the rollers of the other door as a courtesy. I plan to use them for all our doors, as several of them need adjustment, repairs, etc. I would highly recommend them and was extremely pleased with the transaction from start to finish. Thank you! I had to replace a damaged garage door and had to find a close match to an existing garage door. They had a product that fit the bill and were able to fit me in the same week. The installed door was of equal quality to the existing door but 30% less than the quote I got for an exact-match door from the original installer/manufacturer. I called Mr. Door because my garage door would not go down. He asked me several questions trying to help me over the phone and then came to the conclusion that a technician was needed. He gave me a window between 2:00 and 3:30 and said the repairman would call before he headed to my house. Sure enough, I got a call around 2:30 and the repairman was on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later, diagnosed the problem, replaced the carriage and trolley assembly and was out of there in less than 45 minutes. He was friendly, courteous, clean, and professional. I will definitely use Mr. Door for future projects. Services Rendered: Repaired my garage door opener.
