Google5The whole experience was hassle free. The telephone operator was friendly and understood our issue. Our technician, Josh, was promptly on time and did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Google5Casey was prompt and knowledgeable, the repair was a simple one. I had a small issue with the invoiced amount but the owner of the company called me right away, addressed the issue and took care of it to my satisfaction. Everything about the job and company was professional.

Google5Josh did our repair service today after making an appt last night. He explained/showed us everything he did and also gave us maintenance tips. He was truly fantastic. Will definitely recommend this company to our friends and if needed will use them again when needed.

Google5I had them come out and do routine maintenance on our garage door. So glad we did! Showed us some issues that we hadn't noticed and could have caused major damage if not fixed. Highly recommend. Very professional and knowledgeable

Google5From the time I contacted ProLift doors to the time the technician showed up was less than 2 hours! We had a spring break on one of the sides of one of our garage doors and POOF! Casey was in our driveway and replaced both springs in no time! I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs! A+

Google5ProLift saved the day by repairing our broken garage door spring within hours of our call. Josh, their lead tech was extremely knowledgeable, personable, thorough and fast with the repair. He even tightened our opener's chain so it would operate quieter and more efficient. These guys are real pro's and I highly recommend them when you can't get your car out of the garage!

Yelp5SO GREAT!!! I live in California and my elderly Mom lives (alone) in Kansas. Her garage door came off its tracks and twisted the panels on the way down, which snapped the spring. I searched for a company that would go to her very small town and help her, which wasn't easy. I made her an appointment with ProLift... they called an hour before they arrived and showed up right on time. Mom thought she'd need a new garage door, but the techs were able to repair it, which was a HUGE relief as she's on a fixed income. They could've easily been dishonest, but obviously ProLift and the techs care about people! The techs were super professional, very friendly, and within an hour did a perfect job with the repair. I'm so grateful... being 1,500 miles away, it's such a relief having such trustworthy, ethical folks helping her. When it is time to replace the garage door we will absolutely be using ProLift!

Yelp5The Pro-Lift technician, Jeremy Smith, was able to correct the bungled job performed by another garage door company (my previous review panned them). He was professional and informative. He instructed me and made suggestions for care and service to reduce my need to call anyone for help. He informed me prior to his arrival time, and was even early. He gave me options for repair and did not attempt to up-sell me (again, unlike previous company). I know that I will have some further needs for my garage door and opener. Pro-lift will be my first and only call.

BBB5I would definitely recommend this company. Technician, ****** *****, was able to correct a problem caused by Overhead GARAGE Doors (I filed a BBB compliant about this company and they were unresponsive). He provided me with a proper keypad for $47.00, other company was going to charge me $245.00. I was informed of costs prior to any work being done (unlike previously mentioned company). He installed it, made sure that I was comfortable using it and was very professional throughout our interaction. I cannot say enough positive things about how I was treated and this company. I will use them when I have problems, and I am sure that I will, as a result of the prior bungled installation. I wish that I had known about Pro-Lift sooner, my life would have been much easier!

Angi1The technician came in for about 15 minutes and sprayed the door and rollers. He never adjusted the doors by opening and closing, he never gave me written estimate as was promised, I asked him THREE times what else do I need, he said everything was on the sheet. I had to literally beg him how were roller replacement . I asked him about single garage door making noise, he said I had to order the chain from the manufacturer. I am disabled. I needed someone to help but not here.so I paid $50 in cash just to have some use a $5 can of spray.NOT HAPPY Services Rendered: garage door tune up

Angi5It was great. I called and they came the same same day. I thought I had a bad problem because the door was making a loud noise opening and closing. Jeremy adjusted the door and then proceeded to also ensure everything was oiled, etc. and now it closes asked opens perfectly with no obnoxious noise! Jeremy was very nice and respectful. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. Excellent!!! Services Rendered: Garage door adjustment and maintenance.
