Staff knowledgeable and helpful they carry parts for what they sell. Product they carry are quality items. Take them a drawing and they can put together a material list for plumbing, heating and water treatment.

My experience with them has always been 5 stars. The only thing that would knock it down to 4 is not having someone on call for holidays or weekends. This being Alaska, the weather can be very unpredictable and quickly lose water or heat.

Lots of advice was given by the man attending us about some issues we were having on our furnace. Just wish they didn't have to book so far out to come service a boiler.

They are awesome! They took care of our new water system out in Nikiski. Completely took out the old and made it look so much cleaner with the new install. Our water is great now and we have actual pressure. Which we havent had since we moved in last may.

My house has an overheating problem. They were able to schedule my repair within three workdays. Their technician, Chris, arrived promptly. After hearing the symptoms, he checked the wall thermostat and then the zone valve. After I mentioned the upper valve had been a repeat problem and replaced several times over several years, he removed it and after checking it over showed me the problem parts, thoroughly describing why it wasn't working and why it was necessary to replace it.

Not impressed about the Culligan water system 'repairs' done recently in our home. Calls are not being returned, and being unable to use the water in your own home is unbearable. Not sure if preferred plumbing is related, but they're in the same office. I just want decent water, and I want my Culligan water softener to operate the way it should!

The response time was quick and I was initially impressed when they answered the call and arrived in about 10 minutes to repair a domestic hot water tank leaking pipe. I had already secured the valve to stop the water flow and the tank is easily accessible. The repair was quite simple; solder a new fitting and replace/plug in a 24volt thermostat. All in all about a 10-15 minute job-max. I also had to provide a bucket and sponge for the tech as evidently he did not have one or just did not want to go to the van to get it. I did expect about a 200 bill just for the fast response and new thermostat. What I did not expect was an exorbitant amount of labor charge. I guess they have a 1 hour minimum policy of about 136 dollars, so my bill for this quick, simple fix was 288 dollars. Evidently they start their clock when the driver heads your way. This easy 10 minute job cost 136 bucks in labor so you do the math. So you may get your problem solved, but for sure; be prepared to pay. And pay big.
