I Called and left a message and sent two emails to ask about servicing a broken spring. I never did receive a call or email back. I've found that this is a common problem with businesses in the TriCity area. I had heard good things so my review is only based on no follow up. I ended up calling Wayne Dalton and they were prompt, courteous, and fixed my garage door in under anhour. Update: I received a phone call from the owner who apologized for not getting back to me. I very much appreciated this and this does speak highly of him. I changed the rating from 1 star to three stars because of this.

I have been impressed with Luke's professionalism - he called me back quickly, was unable to come right away but I was fine with that- he was able to fix my garage door spring no problem - I asked him to come back a few days later to readjust the door due to the new springs and he stopped by without any hesitation- always friendly, polite and efficient ! From my experience I highly recommend Ashbeck Garage Doors!

Called Ashbeck Door last week because my door wouldn't close and Luke returned my call promptly. He gave me a couple tips to try over the phone, but I'd already tried them myself before calling so he made an appointment to come out and see what was going on. Then he called to alert me when he was on his way and upon arriving was able to make some adjustments to the opener and get it working, letting me know that it was on it's last legs (it's 20 years old). He didn't charge me and wouldn't even accept some cash to cover his gas cost for coming out. Throughout all our contact he was friendly, professional and I believe completely trustworthy. Luke runs an honest and reliable company that I would hire, and recommend, for anything garage door related!

Call Ashbeck Door and if he can't help you he will send you to who can. I had messed up the bottom panel of our garage door and it wouldn't close. I first called Stelle's and they told me i'd need a whole new door and that manufacturers no longer sell single panels. I wasn't confident in what they were saying so I was calling around to get someone else to help. Ashbeck Doors called me right back and asked for photos of the situation. He told me that he didn't have availability for a couple days and realized this was an urgent need. He recognized the manufacturer of my door and guided me to the local supplier who fixed the door and got me a new panel. Honesty like this is hard to come by these days (as proven by my first quote). I would completely trust him to fix my door i the future.

We had an appointment with Luke to replace the torsion spring unit above the garage door. We chose Ashbeck door because of all the great reviews. They are certainly well deserved, the service was outstanding, he went above and beyond to make sure the garage door worked like new. Highly recommend, customer service like this are rare anymore.

We needed a new 9-1/2' x 12' door for a new shop. We ordered one with our regular garage door guy, but after 3-1/2 months of waiting we still didn't have one (due to covid). I researched the internet, and Ashbeck Door had 100% positive reviews on a couple of sites so I called them for a quote. Six days later we had exactly the door we wanted, and it is so perfectly installed that we decided against installing an opener:) Luke is prompt and conscientious about his work, and we highly recommend him!

We needed a 9-1/2 x 12 ft insulated door for a new shop. We originally went with our regular guy, but after a 3-1/2 month wait he still was unable to get a door from his supplier (due to covid), so I called Luke. Luke was in our shop 6 days later, and the door was expertly installed within 4 hours. It works so well we decided against installing an opener. We are thrilled with the door and the service. FYI- the reason I called him was he was 9/9 on perfect reviews here. Now he is 10/10. Thanks Luke!

I called Ashbeck Garage Door every day last week and left messages to please call me back because I needed repairs done. The door was damaged extensively and would need a panel replaced. I never received a return call as of this posting, Saturday. Is this guy for real! I read many great Google reviews. How can he get good reviews when he won't even call back? Did he pay someone to write them? Not impressed! Don't waste your time! Have Steele's Garage Door take care of your repairs and installation. They are great to work with.

We tried looking for a company to install a garage door opener, but the vast majority of them had poor reviews (for one reason or another). We stumbled-onto Ashbeck Door and saw great reviews, so we gave them a call. Luke was professional, informative and very easy to work with; he came out, helped us to figure out what we really needed and gave us several options. When he returned for the install, he briefly discussed the plan and got right to work. He was courteous, respectful of our time and space and dove-into the project. Right on time, he let us know he was done with everything, and then walked us through his completed work. (He also gave some love to our other garage door which was completely unexpected). His pricing was transparent and fair, and I was happy to pay for the work that he'd accomplished. We look forward to being able to refer our friends and neighbors to Luke, since we know he's not a dud, and he will get the job done. I look forward to the day that our old garage door craps-out so we can connect with Ashbeck Door again. Thanks, Luke!

We were looking for a company to install a garage door opener, but the more we read online, the more we saw that these companies had horrible reviews. We were pleased to see Ashbeck Door as having some of the best reviews around, so we gave them a call. Luke was super-friendly, right-up-front and we scheduled a time for him to come out to the house. Immediately, we knew we chose the right guy, as he was well-versed in the trade. We set an appointment, and that was it. Luke showed-up, discussed the plan briefly and got to work. When he said he was done, it looked great. Not only did he do what we discussed, he even helped out our old garage door by giving it a little tune up, clean off and a small fix that we had earlier agreed-upon. The price was reasonable, the work done in a timely manner, and the courteousness of Luke was outstanding. Going forward, we know exactly who to call for our garage door needs. Thank you, Luke!

I don't know who left the 1 star review, but based on my experience with Ashbeck Door, I would guess that it was a competitor. Historically, I have utilized several garage door repair companies in the Tri-Cities for both my home address and my rental homes, with mixed results. I decided to give Ashbeck Door a try based on the excellent reviews, and I was not disappointed. I found pricing to be fair, communication to be excellent, and the quality of workmanship to be top notch. They first repaired a broken spring on one of my rental home garage doors, and the repair was timely and well done. Then I had them replace the openers and several moving parts on my home garage doors, and for the first time, they are whisper quiet and close well, creating a good seal. At no point did Ashbeck Door try to up-sell me. I am very impressed, and highly recommend Ashbeck Door.

This isn't a review it's a tale... a tale about what customer service should be in the TC- I swear crappy customer service has become the norm in the TC, but NOT Ashbeck Door. Luke was excellent- great communication, considerate of my time, honest and did an awesome job. I had 3 companies come out to give me a quote on my door- 1st one was almost $700 more than Ashbeck quote , 2nd one didn't even send me a quote (thanks for wasting my time for your guy to look at it for nothing), and then Luke came out and did a temporary fix (at no charge) and gave me a very reasonable quote. He knocked out the job a week later and it looks great. If you go anywhere else in town for your garage door needs, you're paying for name recognition and not quality work- basically, your an idiot if you don't use Ashbeck Door.

Luke came right on time to our appointment! He assessed our problem within minutes & walked us through the issue and all of the potential solutions. Once we picked the solu that worked best, Luke had the parts on hand to fix it. Luke know garage doors. In an hour our door was fixed & now works like it's brand new. We will be recommending Ashbeck Door to everyone we know.

Luke did an excellent job installing the garage door opener. It took less time than I expected. Luke worked quietly and efficiently. He did a safety and operational check on my door. When he was finished he cleaned up the area and left me a business card and a sticker near the door so I could find his number next time I needed to call him. The service that was provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Luke fixed the cable and gave the door an overhaul. I have a 50-60 year old wooden garage door. Luke replaced the key pad and the light bulbs for me as well. When he left, that old garage door was so quiet that I could hardly hear it. ALSO, Luke cut up and hauled off the mountain of cardboard that I had in my garage. That is service above and beyond!
