My home warranty company was disputing payments for an upgraded garage door spring typically used now. Not happy with home warranty company the way the told Dattin to pass the extra $100 expense off to me. Dalton chose to remove the charge and not charge me the extra. Have you ever heard the noise that a garage door spring makes when the spring brakes? Amazing. Even more amazing was the talented journeyman who replaced the spring in the next couple days! The repair guy was the most organized, prepared & efficient man I have experienced in my adult, senior life. Upon arrival, with tools placed in predermined places, he swiftly removed the broken pieces and installed two new springs side by side, replaced the cable, readjusted the closer and was gone in less than a 1/2 hour. I recommend the Wayne Dalton firm if you have a garage door problem!

I lost of misplaced one of my garage door remotes and spent a restless weekend worrying about it. The staff at Wayne Dalton were wonderful to me ( I was quite upset) and had a technician out to the house within half an hour to reprogram the other remotes as well as the key pad. I would highly recommend this company for all garage door needs as they certainly know how to respond to people in need.
Technician came out to adjust my garage doors. They all work great now. In talking with him while he was working, it was clear he was very experienced. There was a problem with the way the header was built above the door opening and he kept working different solutions until he was satisfied. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Great company and people across the board.
Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get the perfect custom doors for a new home build- and they were insulated which I never though of until we spoke with the sales rep- this has been the best part! We use the garage like an extension of the house and can use during the winter since it keeps the temperature!
