I looked at several companies when our garage door decided to break. It's easy to spot companies that have reviews that don't seem real. Then I looked at Hometown and read customer reviews and convinced I called. I should mention I called on New Years Eve expecting I would not hear back until Jan 2nd or 3rd. I was shocked when I got a call within the hour!!! Eric agreed to come on New Years Day and even had me take photos so he knew what he'd be facing. In under two hours the garage door was back in operation and I am so impressed with Eric's knowledge and professionalism that I would never call any other company. Thank you Eric & Hometown Garage Door Repair!!!

My garage door broke this morning so I called Hometown. He was GREAT!! Was able to come out same day and had my door up and running within about an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly with the best rates around! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs garage door service.

I needed my cables replaced so I called Hometown. I have never had anyone show up as fast or get the job done as fast. Eric was awesome and did a great job, even replaced missing hardware and lubricated everything. Price was great too, I'll definitely be calling him for anything I need in the future.

I give him 5+ Stars!!! We recently moved into our house. I asked my neighbor and he didn't just recommend but Highly Recommended Eric from Hometown. I called and Eric came to my house, told me what it was going to take. We talked the following Monday and Tuesday my door opener was installed with the keypad, motion sensors interior opener and he had everything synced up! Very professional job and professional business man!! Price was a lot cheaper than I had budgeted as well and couldn't be happier!

This guy has the most reasonable prices in the area by far (we called every other garage door repair company we could find in our service area), and he went above and beyond in his service. He came down on a call to replace a broken spring, but he also showed us how to maintenance our garage door, gave everything a fresh oil and tightening, and basically gave our garage door new life. Next time we need a garage door fix, we know exactly who to call.

5 STARS!!! Eric (owner/operator) is a true professional. He was able to fit me in same day to fix a broken spring on my garage door. Service was A+++ and price for job was super reasonable and competitive. I won't be going with anyone else for my future garage door service needs!!! My husband noticed there was problem with our garage door opener but upon further inspection the open is still fine for now, but the spring was broken! I called Eric. He called right back the next morning and had an appointment available early the next day. He arrived in the designated time slot and handled his business. He was professional, prompt and personable. Answered all my questions, was affordable and prompt, and took my old opener away so I did not have to dispose of it myself. My old garage door from the 1970s broke Easter evening and my car was stuck in the garage come Monday morning. Hometown came over Monday and got me out of the garage. The owner was then able to secure a new door the next day, which he installed on Tuesday in a timely manner and with quality. Called Eric on a Saturday morning to help us reposition our safety reversing sensors which were improperly installed by the previous home owner.
