I called premier due to a broken panel on my door. Todd showed up within one hour. We ordered a new door and Tom & Eli installed the door perfectly within a few days of ordering it. Todd stopped by afterwards to make sure everything went well. Nice to deal with such honest, fair and hard working people. I high recommend them!

Had a spring break on garage door. Called Premier Door and they were able to send Tom out same day. Tom arrived on time and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Tom replaced both springs, put the door back on track, adjusted the rail brackets and adjusted the opener. My garage door works perfectly now. Great service very quick and efficient at a fair price.

I had a broken spring on my garage door , I called Premier Door and they gave me a window for the time they would be at my house and they were well within the time getting to my house , the technician ...Tom , was very personable and professional and knowledgeable , he completed the job in what I considered to be record time , he then explained a lot of things about my garage door . Can't say enough good about the workmanship and the worker . Any future garage issues Premier Door will have my business.

I have used this company for years. Always prompt, they give good advice. Owner never trys to over sell. Just got a new garage door. Great! Quiet door. Better seal. Nice features. Owner and installer could not be nicer.

My lovely wife was in a hurry and moved her SUV while the garage door was not completely open. I got the door back in, but the two wires at the end was messed up. (Mr.) Todd was able to fix wires/bent frame and replaced half working eye? sensors (This caused problems twice for me before). Garage opens smoothly now. Lastly, he is fast. I tried to look over and learn a thing or two, but he was too fast. I'll have to call for service, if I have problem again with my garage door.

It's been a few months ago now, but I woke up one morning and my garage door spring was broken. I called Premier Door first thing in the morning and said they would have a guy at my place after 1pm. At 12:55pm the truck pulled in my driveway. I felt bad for the guy it was single digits out. He was a great guy fixed the spring looked over the whole door, oiled it and didn't find anything more wrong. They stuck to the quoted price to change the dual spring and no up selling. Garage door has worked great for a couple of months now.

They were excellent. They were in and out and got the job done and I am very happy with the garage door. They were very professional. Their estimate was most reasonable including buying the doors ourselves because then we would have to have them delivered and then have them installed. They also warned me that they would have to order the doors and that would take a week or two once I called them and accepted the estimate. After the doors came in, we set up an install date. We wanted a people door that goes on to the deck and they just told me that they only do garage door and I was very happy with that. Services Rendered: They hauled away and old double garage door and a single garage door and installed brand new ones.

It was just one guy that came out, and he was great. He fixed the issue and saw something else that did not look great, and he fixed that as well; we would never have noticed that. That was a good thing on his part. He might have charged a little bit extra - about $10 or $15 - for the extra work. He had to use a big metal rod, and he charged me the cost of that rod probably. I was expecting to spend a lot more than I did, and it ended up being very reasonable. On top of that, he did something nice by showing me how to reset the garage code, which I didn’t know how to do. I replaced the battery in that myself, so that was helpful. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary. Services Rendered: We used Premier Door Corp to fix our garage door.

He came on time and fixed the door. He showed me all the parts that were replaced and explained what he did. The garage door now opens and closes more smoothly.
