I called this morning and the nice lady that answered the phone told me the times that someone could be out to take a look at my garage door, John came exactly at that the time she gave me and he is the best hands down! He was fast, friendly and attentive! Fixed the problem and also recommended some other things for me to do to help with better movements of my garage doors. Highly recommend!!!

I had to leave a message the first time I called but they called me right back. Got my appointment scheduled and they showed up right on time. The replacement opener was installed quickly. He also lubricated the door for me and set up my remote controls. I will definitely use them again!

Its not often I give a 5* review, but A1 certainly earned it. I was calling around for estimates on 17 Aug 2020 for a new garage door. I received verbal estimates from $750 to $1200. One Guy actually wanted $30 for an estimate, I told him not to come by. A1 gave the best estimate and it included not only a 16 x 7 - 2 car door, but the springs, rails and new rubber insulation for the outside of the door. The other estimates only included a door. I was also given a military/veteran discount without asking. The final cost of my door was $650. They installed my door the following morning. I challenge anyone to find the same door, with everything listed above for a better price. The team that installed the door was great. One guy was teaching another guy and still they had the work done in about 1 hour 10 minutes. They picked up the old door pieces as they went along, so there was nothing to trip over, and the area was clean. After getting the other estimates, I never thought that I would find anything better than the $750 estimate, and remember that was just for a door. If you want a fair estimate, a professional installation, and want to feel good about the deal when its completed, then I recommend A1 for all your garage door needs. I am still wondering how they can afford to install a door for $650.... it just must be that they do a large volume due to their professional work ethics, that they are passing the savings on to the customer. I recommend A1 for all your garage door needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

They came same day and replaced my rollers, lubricated the door and adjusted the spring tension. The two gentlemen even told me what the best lubricant to use to keep the garage door from squeaking. I highly recommend them.

Great work. I thought my garage door was done for but he quickly came in and got the garage all fixed up for under $60. Note: my husband closed the garage door with something blocking the track (behind sensor) and threw the whole garage door off track. Half the door was hanging and the was a cable. Needless to say to was a hot mess and this company saved the day.

Great customer service! Quick and courteous! John arrived earlier than expected. He was professional from beginning to end as he fixed my garage door. Even made small talk with me as he worked. My garage door is now working and all for a price I thought was so low, I hurried up and paid it before he realized his mistake, lol. Excellent work A1! I appreciate good businesses like yours.

Called several companies in Killeen to fix garage door and other businesses were busy with commercial jobs. This company came out and gave estimate and instead of coming back next day they completed the job same day. New garage door installed at a great price within 3 hours from the time they came out to do estimate. We will definitely use this company again in the future. Did I mention very professional and called to let us know John was on his way to our house. Thank you so much!!!!

Great, fast service ... parts in stock and quote included the part needed! He was here within an hour of contacting him and it took about 30-45 min to fix the issue. Also, came with a warranty . Very reasonable price!! Would definitely recommend!
