Our garage door spring broke last night. Mr. Quinton Austin was able to be here this Saturday morning to replace the spring. He was enthusiastic and very efficient. Recommend Hannah's for all your garage door needs.

I was searching to find a garage door repair company that had great reviews, free estimate, and was not too expensive. Hannah's had good reviews online and decided to give them a try instead of the other company I went through which I see their service is having bad reviews. Well, I was very impressed with everything. Mr. Quinton was earlier than expected and saw the problems. repaired it with no issues and it did not take too long. He was very professional, and friendly, and even told me how my door spring broke. Even suggested that I get it two times a year to prevent this and have a longer life. The price was not too expensive, and I thought I had to replace a door panel, but he said it was not as bad and he bent it back to which it's still useful. Didn't try to sell that. I had to purchase it now but keep an eye on it, but eventually will have to replace it. Mr. Quinton told me that he has it on record and when it does need to be replaced just call and they will be back for repairs. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge and I can start saving money when it is time to replace the door panel. Overall, I would suggest this company to anybody, and they will do quality work that will not disappoint you!!
Don't call anyone else. Hannah's Garage Doors needs to be at the top of Google's search list. If you don't want to be swindled by so called "service" providers, call Quinton. Not only is he honest and fair, he carries a professional appearance and does excellent work. I was comfortable having him in my home and around my family. -All good qualities that rarely come together. Someone attempted to break in through the garage door. Due to some loose screws, the gap grew to five inches and the panels bent. Calling Hannah's Garage Doors for parts, Quinton offered a repair. Check out the before and after pictures y'all. He fixed the dents and added support for the door. I'm so happy! Thank you, Quinton! The door looks great!

Both garage doors needed different repairs. HGD reviewed issues and ensured I understood the costs and how it compared to new doors as the repair to one door would be extensive. Further review of the less damaged door soon revealed it too was cracking and HGD was willing to swap panels between the two doors and only replace one to help keep the costs down. HGD ensured I had all the information to make a decision and it was clear that the best result was what HGD recommended in replacing both doors. The work was done in good time and excellent. I had done comparison costs and HGD's prices were competitive. Would recommend them to anyone.
