Google5Lischer's Overhead doors were wonderful to work with to repair our garage door. They were super kind, very straightforward and professional. They even worked with my schedule to give me enough time to leave my job and meet them at my house so that I did not have to miss much at work.

Google5Chase returned my call quickly, was able to come to my house within an hour. He did a great job of explaining my options and was able to come back later the same day and install my new garage door opener as well as doing maintenance on the old parts. He was very friendly and professional.

Yelp1Would not recommend, been calling since April 25th 2023 trying to get someone to come out and repair my garage door opener belt, been told that those are not a priority and I have to wait till they have time to get to me. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks now and every time I call them I either don't get a call back or I am told the same .... not a priority. It has been 4 weeks now and at this point never mind. I prefer to leave my business in my hometown but looks like I have to move on. It shows that big money items go over costumer service

Google5Keith and his Tech , I did not get his name, did an amazing job installing a new garage door opener, and replacing all the rollers on our door. Keith also adjusted our door that was not sealing properly. I would hands down recommend these guys for any job you may have. Thanks again for a job well done

Google5Needed a new door and needed it fast. Lischer's came out the same day to take a look at what we needed, order a new door and installed it within 24 hours. We even needed a minor repair and they came to our house within 2 hours of my call. GREAT SERVICE!!

Google5Called Monday morning around 11am, got a service technician at my door around 12:10. Fast Service (Thumbs up). The technician knew exactly what the problem was and able to replace the bend parts in about 30 minutes or so. He even adjusted the connection and the timer to open and close smoother. Thanks Michael!!!

Yelp5During this cold freeze we tried to manually open and close our garage door and managed to pull it off its tract. We panicked and a friend tried to help and we did more damage. We thought for sure we would have to replace the entire door. We found Lischer's Overhead Doors on line and after a few rings Keith answered and promised someone would be out today. Within an hour we got a call from Chase saying he would be here in 5 minutes. He was punctual, polite and professional adhering to CDC guidelines with mask on. He quickly assessed the door and told us he needed to go to the warehouse to get the part and true to his word he returned with the part and in no time our door was back on tract. I would highly recommend them and have shared my experience with several friends already. If you need it done right, be treated with respect and for a reasonable price this is the company to use. I cannot thank Keith and Chase enough.

Yelp5The spring broke on our garage door opening system on a Saturday morning. No one else was open... but it turned out we probably got the best service from Lischer's compared to the others, anyway. He worked us in, and had the spring replaced within half an hour of arrival. We though the rate was reasonable for an emergency repair... and it was an emergency, as we could not get our cars out of the garage because the broken spring made opening the door just too hard.

Yelp5Well late last night late garage door literally came off the rails first thing the next morning, I called Lischer's overhead doors. They picked up on first ring and I kid you not mark and his team showed up at my house with in 45 minutes of the original call. They came in accessed the situation had the door back working in less than 30 minutes reinstalled rollers tightened everything back up and my door is as good as new just WOW. Highly recommend Lischer's overhead for all your overhead door needs. Would give them 10 stars if they would let me .......thanks for saving the day Lischer's. Much appreciated Jim G. Temple

Yelp5Call this company on a Friday for repair of a garage door opener that would not close. Because there was another repair being done in the garage on Monday we set the appointment for the following Tuesday. The technician showed up promptly, troubleshot the system and finally determine my very old motor had gone bad. So he left get a new motor and returned a bit later to finish the job. The motor solved the problem and the price was reasonable as well. I recommend this company.

Yelp5Called Lischers on Saturday Keith answered and was very nice and answered questions honestly and gave his recommendations. One of my torsion springs went out garage would not go up. He told me when he could come and took my information. Monday not only was he here on time he was early he knew I had to go to work and came early I was most appreciative. He came in and went right to work. No dilly dally. He was literally in and out in under 40 minutes, which is what he told me on the phone Saturday. I am very thankful for him coming and being on time and so nice. I have already recommended him to others and hopefully won't need him again for some time but if I do I know who to call.

Google5Called Lischer's Friday evening of Christmas weekend after I tried to call a few other places that were closed. I should have called Lischer's first. He was able to diagnose our garage door problem over the phone and came out first thing Saturday morning. He replaced the garage door tension springs in 45 minutes. I highly recommend this place.
