Paid down deposit for two doors the week before Thanksgiving...still don't have doors. Have been told multiple stories about them being behind because of a crew member falling off ladder, snow in Portland, the holiday season, etc etc. Each time a new story. Crew came over with a random door, that wasn't ours, to install and it mysteriously didn't fit (after only being given maybe 12 hours notice of their arrival having to take time off of work)...we will be back Friday with the right doors..again take time off work...they didn't show or call...excuse was the distributor was so far behind that they had to personally drive to Portland to pick up some doors but they couldn't guarantee our doors would be part of that pickup. Asked for refund was told they had to send check from Seattle so it would be a week or so to get refund...we will see if this even happens. Very bad customer service. They never contacted us to keep us updated we had to call them and then made to feel like we were imposing on them each time.
