I recently used American Pro Garage Doors for my repair that I had done a month ago. When I tell you that this was impeccable service, that's exactly what I meant! From the beginning of my troubles with my garage door not opening, I started googling and found this wonderful company that offered free estimates to come take a look at my door! And not only was he precise, Ori actually came back and fixed my door within 6 hours! He was very thorough and explained everything to me from the beginning of the issue to fixing the problem! And not only he explained what to do from now on, he offered his services for the next time I have any issues! I wouldn't go to another place for my garage services!!! He knows what he is doing; and I bet all my Stars and Stripes he will give you and anyone else who have issues the best customer service ever! My major props to this company!!! I recommend 25/10!!!!

I was having lots of problems with my garage door system where the remotes and keypad would not open the door and remember the code whenever I would reprogram them, etc. Called American pro garage on a Saturday and spoke to Leo and the following Tuesday David came to my home and installed a new garage door opener. David called me 40 minutes before his arrival which I appreciated. Once David arrived he went over all of my options and within an hour I had a new garage door system fully installed. David did a great job! He worked fast and you could tell he definitely knew what he was doing as his install was so much cleaner and better than what was done on my previous opener. He also serviced my garage door and showed me how to lubricate the parts, etc. David took the time to explain how the garage door opener and its new features worked and he disposed of my old system for me which was also a big help. I'm very happy with David's work! He was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend American Pro Garage Doors if you should need any garage door needs.

I called them with a return call within two business days, an on-site visit within one business day from the return call, and completely resolving my garage door issues within an hour. Other companies hadn't returned my call in for weeks. This organization is awesome, and highly recommended. The representative was on time, professional, and got the job done quickly.
