I had GDM replace my old broken opener with an upgrade, quiet unit. The technician had 28 years experience with this family owned business. So, it went like clock work, on time and at a reasonably quoted price. I highly recommend Garage Doors of Maryville for any and all your garage door needs.

We live in Maryville Tennessee and we have been looking for a company to replace our old garage doors and motors. We found garage doors of Maryville Inc. The service was great and they did everything they said they would do. I would definitely give them a call if you are interested in getting a new garage door. We appreciate the good service.

I had a cable pop off my garage door causing my door to jack knife and bend the track. I filed a claim with my home warranty and they sent a shady company to my house that claimed the issue was excessive force and they weren't covering anything. They then gave me a quote of $1300. I told them no thanks and called GDOM based on a neighbors referral. They showed up on time and fixed my door for a FRACTION of the price. They were extremely honest and on time. Great experience all around.

My chain broke on my Hormann garage door. Which is an expensive high end product from Germany, with a lifetime warranty. I called Garage Doors of Maryville, and they contacted the Mfg. and ordered the entire track system with the chain inside.... which was covered under my warranty (15-years old). I only had to pay a $75.00 Service call fee, and I live in Vonore. Which is MORE than fair !!! They sent Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and fixed it back new again. I highly recommend Garage Doors of Maryville.

Fantastic service! They were on-time. They fixed my Liftmaster opener. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it with parts they had on the truck. One visit. They helped me reprogram my vehicles to open the door as well. Great people. Great service.

We needed work done on 3 of our 4 garage doors after 15 years of wear and tear from our teenage boys. One door was replaced, new rails on another, and new sensors on the third. All done quickly and efficiently. Ryan provided our service and he was excellent!!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Our garage door broke and another company came out to look at it. The other guy said we needed an entire new door and motor for over $3,000. We got a second opinion with Garage Doors of Maryville, and they were able to fix it with just a service call! We really appreciate their honesty and will definitely use them in the future if we have any other garage door needs.

Tech showed up, analyzed the problem and fixed it in about 25 minutes. The problem stemmed from backing into the garage door without opening it first. Needless to say two of the panels were bent which made it difficult to open and close the door. Apparently this had happened to other customers so the tech had the supplies to fix it. All in all, a good, quick job. Services Rendered: Repair garage door.

Overall the job went very well. We received three quotes for the replacement door. Garage Doors of Maryville gave us the best price. We visited their show room, and was pleased with the options they offered. We were looking for a fairly basic, insulated, door with windows. They had to frame down our opening because of limited head clearance in the garage. All three quotes verified that this would be a necessary step. My only wish is that they could wrap the exterior trim with metal to finish the job up. None of the three providers we got quotes for him offered this service. I guess we'll have to find someone else to do that portion. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and selection from this company. I would recommend them. Services Rendered: Replacement of a single garage door without opener.

Very well. Ryan came out to inspect and determine what all was needed. Very patient and courteous in answering all of my questions. Springs were on backorder but the office did call me a couple days later to let me know they were in and we scheduled the 2nd visit. The two men that came that time were very kind and efficient. Estimated time was set, made arrangement to be available during the stated time, serviceman was approximately 2 hours early. Tech called to change time to benefit company not customer. Repair took less than 15 minutes. The charge was $145.00. (At this price, service was $580/hour). Do you think this is an over charge? No service receipt was left of work performed. Services Rendered: Garage door was not lifting due to broken spring.

Everything went wonderful as I hoped it would. They came out to my house to do the work and finished sooner than I expected. The new garage door is very quiet and easy to operate. The price was reasonable and they gave me an Angie's list discount and repeat customer discount as it turns out the original door was installed by the same company.
