Our garage doors were original from 1998. I just wanted to update them and gain as much space over head while keeping things organized. Top notch service! Unmatched personable experience, delivering quality work. Had a great experience throughout the process and got just what I asked for. Appreciate the suggestions offered to save money and still obtain what I was asking for. Wall mounted motors and a higher track for the win with nylon rollers and these doors run smoothly and quiet. Thank you for building integrity and relationships with your customers. Update: 02/03/2024 Michael came out with a helper to check on operation after having a door come off the motor. made adjustment then check on the rest of the system to make sure everything else was operating properly. grateful for there honesty and willingness to make things right.

My technician Patrick was and is a literal rockstar. Came out crushed this job, and honestly made the experience easy. I was worried it was an extensive repair but he knocked it out quick. Thank you Smokey mountain garage door for having highly professional technicians 10/10 recommend them if you need garage door work done. Thank you all again!

We were paired with Smoky Mountain Garage Door Services through our home warranty. They scheduled a next day appointment five minutes after receiving my work order. Patrick was very personable and fixed my garage door in a jiffy!

Michael and Christy are amazing folks and I have used their company for many of the Storage Facility doors when they need repaired at my work. Would highly recommend them as they are fair and honest with their business and customer interactions.

They were professional, did exactly what they said they would do when fixing my garage door issue, and went above and beyond expectations.
