Both purchasing door with Amy and install with Daniel was exceptional. Ordered door and came in and installed in six weeks like informed. I have used William's Door in the past which is reason I chose them this time and have no regrets.

Williams Door Company is the best! I will never use anyone else. We have used this company for repairs, installation of new doors in our former home and our new home, garage shop and at my daughter's house today for installation of a new garage door. Angie and Lynn treat you like old friends whenever you call. The cost is accurate to what is quoted. They call ahead to let you know when the installation technician will be there. Chad was prompt, very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about his job. The installation and operation of the new door is perfect. Thank you for a job well done!

Highly recommend Williams Door Company. Our garage door would not open so my car was stuck inside. I left a message at 7PM on a Sunday night, they called me first thing Monday morning and the technician was onsite by 9AM. Chad was very courteous and was able to fix the issue without breaking the bank. Thanks again for being so accommodating!

Service was exceptional as always! I've used you guys for 5+ yrs ( 20 + yr old door) & you are always great from the start with communication & scheduling. Then your service techs are always prompt, courteous & efficient! Today we had Steve & he is definitely an asset to you guys!! He diagnosed the issue & had it repaired quickly. Plus he explained a little bit of the construction of my door I previously did not know. Until the next time I need you guys, thanks!

The technician was on time and did a great job. I needed my remote replaced, and he found some issues on the garage door that were also fixed. He was very professional and nice. I would recommend Wm's door company to do the job. They schedule you, give you the window of time for the arrival, the technician calls to make sure someone is home, and they arrive on time. Very good service.

I have used Williams Door company in the past and had excellent service. When my springs broke this time, I already knew who to call. Once again, the service was fast and top notch. Casey, the service technician, was fantastic and took the time to thoroughly lubricate and adjust my door to ensure trouble free service. If you need a door or repair, I highly recommend Williams door company.

Had a new garage door installed. The sales rep I spoke with and made the install appointment with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Then the technician who installed the door arrived right on time and completed the install within the timeframe expected. He was very professional and pleasant. I couldn't be happier. We couldn't be more impressed with Williams Door Co. We called them in the morning when our garage door wouldn't open due to a broken spring (with both cars stuck inside). They were at our house by lunch time. The repairman was polite, friendly and immediately put us at ease. No instilling panic or trying to upsell, but a simple "I'll get this taken care of". He repaired the spring and also a broken hinge. He then suggested adding a strut to strengthen the door structurally (which was sorely needed). We then also had him replace 2 nylon roller bearings which were wearing out. At the end, he saw that our manual pull cord was broken, so he just gave us a new one. And the charge for all of the repairs was less than what some other companies charged just to come out and replace one spring. We'd recommend this company most highly! Thank you very much. We ordered a new opener and, on 12/20/16, the svc rep came out on time and removed the garage door opener and hauled it away. He installed the new opener and reset the door controls. We paid $425.75 which included a discount for the svc call oirginally made on 12/16/16. However, he had to return the next day (12/21/16) to install the external door opener control because he forget to bring it with him the day before. On 1/20/17, I noticed that the garage door was not closing properly and had a rep come out (4th trip) on 1/23/17. He shortened the opener arm and readjusted the door travel limits. Services Rendered: On 12/16/16, a svc rep came out and determined that the garage door opener motor no longer was functioning. The opener was original equipment when home was built in 1995. I have used Williams Door Company in the past for other svc.

From choosing a new door at Williams Door's office to the two installers that came to my home, everything was great! The installers were on the job when promised and completed the installation in a professional manner. Clean up of the old garage door was completely and quickly done. The locking mechanism will need to be adjusted, but I am expecting no problems with that. I highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Replace old basement garage door.
