What great service from the office people to the salesman to Dan the installer. It took a couple weeks to get it installed but could not have gotten better service. Excellent experience from start to finish! The new garage doors I had installed on both sides of our duplex make it look one of the nicest homes in the entire neighborhood. Highly recommend J&D Door!

Every single person I spoke with at J&D door sales was both helpful and very knowledgeable, both in the office and at my house for the service. After dealing with a few other companies and then going with J&D, I realize I wasted my time and should have called them first! Save yourself the headache and just go with J&D. Excellent communication, Excellent service, competitive pricing and Professionals the entire experience!

I have to give J & D doors above an beyond 5 stars, it took awhile for my order but everyone was very pleasant to work with and a 10 star to there Techniqen Dan, he went out of his way by coming out on his Day off a Saturday to finish the Job, never had very good luck with local companies out hear but J& D doors proved me wrong!! Plus Dan really took the company to 10 stars!! Highly Recommend, Thanks again Dan, You Rock!!

Highly recommend!! My elderly mother in law's garage door jammed and wouldn't close. Called J &D because they are a local company that was referred to us by a friend. Colleen went above and beyond to get a technician out immediately even though they were booked for the day! Thank you so much!! Jan

Very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship that I received from J&D Doors. Shannon was fantastic in coming to the site, taking measurements, providing to me all of my available options. David did a great job in installing both garage doors and new garage door openers. My experience was first class from start to completion. Cost was exactly what I was quoted and installed on time. Highly recommend this team!

The job was done correctly. No complaints there. The only problem I do have with this company is that they continue to send me a bill. I paid the man the day of service when he asked for payment. The job was done on 9/29/2020. The statements they continue to send are asking for payment again. I did make a phone call to The office when I first received a statement. They apologized for continuing to send me a request for payment and said it would stop. It has not stopped.

On time, friendly, clean and fast. They arrived on time and had my old door down and a new one installed in less than 90 minutes. They came highly recommended and for good reason. Randy and Michael were professional, thorough and I couldn't have asked for better service from them and the whole company. You can't go wrong with J&D!

There are cheaper doors available but I liked their communication and they are local. Doc and his crew did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again Services Rendered: I have a 2 car garage and it had 2 single doors. J & D replaced them with a 17' single door.

Very well, both times we had damage to the garage and needed them to come back several years after they had replaced the door to make adjustments. They came out right away for a proposal, ordered the parts and came back in a timely manner made the adjustments the door works perfect. Great value for the work preformed very knowledgeable service personnel who worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I was very surprised how little the cost was to repair the door after we had repaired the garage. Services Rendered: Replaced my Garage Door and service same door several years later after the garage was damaged and door no longer function.

Great customer service from the initial phone call to the service technician that came to our home. I was worried since it was Friday we may not get anyone to come out. Will definitely use J & D Door Sales and would highly recommend. Services Rendered: One of the springs on our garage door broke around 10:45 on a Friday morning. Both of our vehicles were in the garage.

I was just about to buy a new garage door from a BIG BOX hardware store and my close friend suggested I look into J&D. At first I was hesitant because I'm on a budget and thought a BIG BOX store would be less expensive. But I reached out just the same and was happy to meet Shannon on the phone. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She examined the door I was thinking about at the BIG BOX and helped me understand the differences between my planned purchase and a J&D recommended door. We also talked about the importance of proper installation as I'd also have to hire a handyman to install my garage and the opener. In the end Shannon truly helped me understand the tremendous advantages buying my door with J&D and having it installed by their highly experienced team. She even showed me a door design which we love much more than the limited door designs at the BIG BOX. I feel VERY fortunate to have connected with Shannon before making my decision.
