They came out and installed a new garage door cable. The cable works fine. The old cable was frayed. What more can I say. My one complaint is that all they did was the cable. I admit that is all I asked them for, but the door needed adjustment and they didn't adjust the door. The door being out of adjustment is what caused the cable to fray in the first place. I guess I will just have to be more specific the next time. Services Rendered: Replaced a door cable on the overhead garage door

I called them and they were going to try and rearrange their schedule to come out earlier in the day, because it was 20 below zero and the door would not shut. While waiting for them to come over, my brother was able to come over and got it working. I phoned them and cancelled, but I will be using them, I need the bottom strip replaced on my door, and as soon as it is warm enough. I will have them replace it. Services Rendered: My garage door would not stay shut.

Their proposal was clearly spelled out and they lived up to everything they said they would do with no surprises. Their installers were professional and friendly. They showed up on time and completed their work quickly, cleaning up after they were done. The door and opener are high quality items. I had the door installed at my residence within 4 days of accepting their proposal. I spoke to the owner by phone on a few occasions with some pre-order sales questions and he was very friendly and helpful. As a side note I would like to add that an elderly neighbor of mine approached one of the workmen while they were installing my door and mentioned that he was having a problem with his door not always closing properly. The worker took the time to check my neighbors door and with a few adjustments had my neighbors door as good as new. The best part is he refused to accept any compensation for it. This is a top notch company that I would highly recommend to anyone. Services Rendered: Install residential garage door & remote door opener.

Was a great overall experience. Services Rendered: Removed and replaced the old heavy my garage door and tracking. They came out on time, comleted the job in a few hours and hauled all the old material away. They Had a problem with one of the sections being slightly dented. They came out and gave us a whole new door. Was very impressed by that. Was expecting them to just replace the damaged section.
