AWESOME service ! So when you attempt to back out of a garage when the door still has 12" to go to be fully open - nothing good happens. Called and spoke with Fred explaining that in my hurry to get to a day full of appointments, I did a number to the garage door. He was great to speak with - checked with scheduling. Because my vehicle was stuck inside the garage - he managed to shuffle some appointments around and have someone out shortly Bobby arrived and got the door back in shape (literally) - I also asked if he had a bottom seal on truck which he did and was able to replace ours which had been chewed up quite a bit by chippies. Everyone I spoke with were great and answered all my inquisitive questions. DEFINITELY Recommend !

Very professional, great work, I will recommend to anyone. Showed up early to actual appt. time. Replaced what was wrong and didn't try to push sales. Quote and actual price were very close. No hidden fees or "extra" add-one. I will be calling PGD with all of my garage door needs.

Fred came out in the middle of a snowstorm. He fixed Several Issues. Including oiling the wheels and track. He also synced my cars internal remote, to the garage door opener unit... It has never run quieter, smoother or better!! I will most definitely recommend "Professional Garage Door Inc." to anyone looking for an excellent service.

A spring broke one evening, I called these cats. They were out the next morning, changed both springs (always a good idea, they are both the same age) checked the cables, hinges, the opener, and were done in a flash. Price was very reasonable too. What's not to like?

After having another company install a commercial opener on our new door we had problems shortly after. They came back and fixed it but it still wasn't right. I flagged down Justin in his truck a few blocks from my house and asked for a quote to fix this door that was giving me issues. He pointed out several small things that all contributed to why it was repeatedly failing. The quote was more than fair. He scheduled a time the following day to repair it and as luck would have it, the door failed again and got bound up. I called and let him know it failed and he let me know early on they were down a guy today and it may be late but not to worry he would get it fixed. I'm very thankful he came through, he just finished up a long day and didn't cut any corners, he double checked everything, lubricated everything and made sure it was all perfect! The price was more than fair and finally I have a door that works properly! Thank you so much!!

I've used them twice now and they are by far the best company around and their prices are fair! I had two other companies tell me my door needed to be replaced for $1500. They fixed the bracket for under $100!!

Great service, fair price and reliable. I called them at 8:00 am and they were at my house by 11:00 am. It took a total of 30 minutes to replace the springs and cables and he was gone. He was very professional and I highly, highly recommend.

I spent all last week filling out contact forms online for various garage door repair companies, and no one bothered to get in touch with me. I received a recommendation from my neighbor to call Professional Garage Door Services. I filled out their contact form on their website this morning, and received a call from Fred within a couple of hours. He showed up to fix our garage door in less than an hour. He was very professional and courteous, and he was able to get everything fixed relatively quickly for a much better price than I was anticipating. I would definitely recommend.

I called Professional Garage Door first thing on a Monday morning and by dinner time my garage door was fixed. He replaced both cables and tuned up my door in no time. He also stayed a little longer to help reprogram my opener. Great, friendly service. I would definitely recommend.
