Google5I busted the emergency rope on my garage door. Called and scheduled appt. Tech came and to my surprise my opener was outdated and could no longer get parts. So had to replace opener. Appointment to replace was quick. They always call before they come. The Tech Wes was very nice to talk to and walked me through how all this new stuff worked. Very happy with my new opener. The door has never been so quiet as it is now. Highly recommend!!!

Google5Nice people to work with. Sales Rep did a great job making sure the product was exactly what I wanted. The two installers went above and beyond what was expected, by installing my door in a 16' ceiling pole barn using only ladders. (in the cold I might add)

Google5Torsion spring busted on the weekend (of course) and I was able arrange via the website a repair for Monday mornings. I received a voicemail response to my inquiry within minutes of making it...which was an excellent start to getting the garage door repaired and relieving me of uncertainty stress. Even more impressive was the repair technician. How was very courteous, experienced and after answering my questions immediately got to work. Within an hour was finished and did an excellent job. All in all I don't know how I could be happier.

Google5Had two garage door openers installed and technicians were on time, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job! We are extremely happy with the service! The experience was a pleasant one from the time we called and talked to Kurt, until the job was complete, all in under a week! Job well done!

Google5Great job Fairmount! Matt and Curt were great to work with and patient waiting for me to get the steel installed. Matt originally looked at my plans and recommended increasing the door sizes, gives much better access. Doors have only been installed a few days and a neighbor wanted their contact. Will recommend to more people. Thanks Matt, Curt and Fairmount!

Google5Installed a garage door in my warehouse to keep spray foam warm in the winter. Brock was easy to work with when it came to options and scheduling! Joshua did a great job installing the door. Had it up and finished by himself in a couple of hours.

Google5Great company! Fairmount Doors put in a new garage door a few years ago. It was installed perfectly. I recently had them come out and troubleshoot a separate issue. The technician, James, was amazing! He solved the problem quickly and saved me some money in process. Great customer service and very professional.

Google5The techs showed up on time and worked through until the job was complete. Totally professional and could explain and answer all the questions. This is great company and if I needed more than two garage doors, they would do the job.
