called the 24/7 emergency service line and Chris called back within 10 min.. gave me a final estimate over the phone and we got the appt scheduled.. Chris was at my doorstep in less than 1 hour... very knowledgeable about the scope of work and completed the task at hand within 30 mins. Chris also suggested some good operating and maintenance practices for the garage door mechanism. would surely recommend Mulhaupt's as provider of choice when it comes to garage doors. they were not only lower cost, but super responsive in a time of great need. They came and did what was needed! Replaced the broken spring then the guy went ahead and serviced my opener and didn't charge me. Lubed the chain and adjusted it. It is soooooo quiet now.. Now I think the address is wrong on this. It is now Mulhaupts Original Overhead Door - Mulhaupts is who I will trust from this point forward! Services Rendered: Replaced garage door spring

Everything went well when I purchased the seal. I was very satisfied with my purchase of the garage door seal. I have explained in the category above (What did the provider do?) how helpful the salesperson was. Services Rendered: I purchased a length of the material that serves as a seal for the bottom of our garage door. Although I installed the seal myself, the person who sold me the seal was very helpful in instructing me how to install it, including how to cut the seal to the proper length and then how to fold each end so the seal would remain tight and immovable at each end. By instructing me how to install the seal, the salesperson was providing a service.

I called for service, selected a time and date convenient for me. The repair guys were punctual, courteous and explained everything they did. We used to use "Overhead Doors" from Indianapolis - they charge $75 just to come to Lafayette and were less flexible with available hours. Services Rendered: Needed diagnosis and repair of problem with garage door opener.
