Both times they've been out to help with my garage doors they've been on time, were friendly, and did good work. Fair prices. I'd recommend them.

I needed a new garage door and opener as my door was old and busted across the entire top panel and the opener was very old and problematic. From the start, Steve's sent a tech over next day to assess, offer options and put my quote together. John called me from their office and went over the final selection and was extremely helpful in helping to put together the RIGHT package without over spending for what my situation needed, which resulted in saving me several hundred dollars on what came out to be a PERFECT new door and opener with some nice technology options! Even after the install, John called me the next morning as he noticed the seal wasn't quite forming across the bottom of my door, but that is NO FAULT of the door or the install itself, its because my driveway at the garage is severely humped and thus is not flat at all. John told me he reviewed the post install pictures and he wasn't satisfied with it as is and he would like to send a tech to install a larger seal that should have enough play to make a better seal across the uneven floor, which he sent a tech that afternoon and got it done! The tech's were all very polite and efficient in getting the job done in about 3 hours, thoroughly explained everything, went over preventative maintenance and anything else I had questions on. John again followed up after the new larger seal was installed to see how it was from my view, which the seal is now 100% across my humped garage door driveway! I know I've mentioned his name a few times but I...cannot....say enough good things about John helping me and following up through the entire process and then even the follow up of what they are willing to accept as a finished product even when it is not the fault of the product or installation itself. My experience is that I feel like they went above and beyond and I wish more businesses were this customer oriented through the process and even after. To summarize, If you need garage door service, a new door, a new opener or the whole package, I absolutely recommend Steve's, hands down! SHOUTOUT to the entire team at Steve's, GREAT JOB AND THANKS AGAIN!!!
In 2021, after a 4 month wait, I finally got overhead door and opener installed. Opener was the cheapest Genie Pro available with noisy chain drive and now it's acting up. Of course, it's out of warranty. Some of the guys were good, though.
Called Steve's on Monday for none emergency for 2 broken springs. They came out 2 days later right on time. Tech I believe his jacket said Pat was very knowledgeable and spoke to me like I was a person explaining stuff to me. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone
Johnathon has come out twice to help me with two different issues. He was kind and patient with me as he explained what was going wrong with my door/opener. I appreciate his hard work and considerate attitude.
Could not open or close my garage door. It was at the end of the day and I was afraid I would have to wait until the next day. Called Steve's and they were able to send a tech out within just a few minutes. Tech was friendly, professional and efficient! Fixed the problem quickly, lubricated the moving parts. This is the second time I have had to call Steve's. Excellent service both times.
Steve's has done work for me in the past and I was always pleased with the results. Today, Steve & Jeff were able to diagnose my problem over the phone and I was able to correct the problem at no cost. Great people and fast, responsive service.
