Horrible customer service. The installer was very nice but the door broke less than 2 weeks after being installed. I have a warranty so I called the owner refused to send someone out, kept saying he'll be there in 15 mins for 2 weeks straight never showed up. Quit answering my calls then blocked me so I had to call from other numbers. Started hanging up. I've talked to several ppl that said their doors broke and he refused to come out also. I also went to his location there is no business at all! I ended up having to pay someone else to fix it ate going weeks off waiting

Awful service!!!!They initially didn't show up on the scheduled date and randomly came on a weekend. Halfway installed the door and we had to harass them to come to finish it. Once the door was "finished " I arrived home to see that I couldn't operate the door. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my door to be fixed. He's told me he'll be there In 20 minutes multiple times and never showed up

This company is a rip off they are taking people money for services and when the job is not complete they give all kinds of excuses and never return. Please don't hire this company
