Google5Adam did an awesome job on my 18foot wide doors. Put them back on track and changed broken parts. Great price,and a pleasure to have at my home. Will surely call Adam when I need again. Great job. Thanks Adam.

Google5Affordable came in, took off my broken garage door spring, put on a new one, lubricated all parts and had my door operating perfectly in less than 30 minutes. Great job at an affordable price.

Google5Adam came out promptly after we called. He gave us a free estimate and explanation of what he was going to do and what our options were. He was very efficient and worked very hard. We're very pleased with our new door and it looks great. We definitely recommend Affordable Doors!

Google5Extraordinary same day service!! Adam came out at the exact time he promised. Accessed the job, quoted me a price and when we agreed on a price he immediately started the work, by himself. I actually sat and watched him and after he finished I gladly wrote him a check... I was IMPRESSED. Highly recommended!!!

Google1Fast service but absurdly overpriced. Do not recommend. Left our garage door worse than they found it and after contacting the manager he said we no longer have a warranty with them because I left a bad review. Photos show track with loose and missing bolts that were there prior to them showing up and other parts on the ground that belong on the door. Horrible company. Avoid at all costs. Also after calling to see if the company would make it right they said because I left a bad review they were cancelling my warranty.

Google4The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to communication failure that we experienced. We were called by the owner and asked if the install could occur same day and we were given a time frame. I took off from work and waited. The installers never showed up and the owner never called. I missed my son's track meet anticipating that the doors were going to be installed. This was my only issue. They NEVER called. Ultimately our doors did get installed and the installers were very professional. We had ordered garage doors in August 2021 from another vendor and had yet to receive them. When we caught wind of Affordable Garage Doors and their promise to get us doors in a couple weeks we were definitely interested. After Reading several bad reviews I was VERY reluctant. I'm glad I went ahead and gave them a chance. As stated the communication issue was the only issue I had. I understand things happen...I would have given this company 5 stars had the owner just called and said to me "I apologize but they are just not going to get to you today." Ida been completely ok with that! So just a word for the future... when it comes to consumers...COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT...just let us know when there is a snag in the cogwheel....MOST consumers will be understanding and appreciate the notification versus not hearing from you at all.
