Ivo, the owner was very professional, honest and was able to fix my garage door opener quickly. 7-27-22, I'm changing my review to a ZERO! Ivo, told me if there were any problems w/in 30 days he would come back out. On 7/25, I left 2 messages that the opener was making the same sound before it broke down last time. Ivo, didn't return my calls or respond to the warranty co. This morning my garage door opener broke, & I was stuck in the garage. The new company technician assigned by the home warranty co., showed me the coupler Ivo replaced & compared it to a brand new one. It was obvious the coupler Ivo installed was either the old one from before or an used one. Not cool!
