One of our garage door coil springs broke making it almost impossible for me or my wife to open the door. I called Armstrong at 9 am and the had a repairman here by noon! Jeff replaced the springs in a half hour or so! He was efficient, friendly and answered my amateurish questions patiently. We were very pleased with the result.

We had a garage door spring repair that they were able to come out for the next day. We opted to also replace our old opener with a modern unit with a lot of cool features that , so far, we have been very impressed with. 'Very good communication and we were offered a discount to have both jobs done. Two areas of improvement would be to sweep the work area upon completion as there was a clamp and screw left that could have gotten into tires. Also, the side garage door was left unlocked after the job. All and all, if I could, I would add another half star to the rating. The quality of the installation looks to be first rate and the people were nice to work with.

I had a great experience! My garage spring broke and I wanted to replace both at the same time. Got a response within moments of my quote request. No auto response. On the day of the job, Rafael reached out to let me know that he is on his way. He had the springs replaced within 20 minutes. During the testing of the garage door, he noticed that my child proof sensor wasn't functioning properly. He rewired one within moments and it now functions properly! Since his service was exceptional, I requested that he come back to replace the rollers!

Excellent service. We called late in the morning for help with a broken garage door. By 4 in the afternoon, our problem had been fixed and several other issues that likely would have caused us a problem in the future were pointed out and fixed. All this for less than the price we had initially been quoted over the phone. This is a company that combines excellent customer service with expertise and honesty; a combination that is becoming rare these days. You can call them with confidence that your garage door problems will be solved quickly, competently and honestly.

Rocky was on time and called before coming out. He did a good job. He explained everything he had to do and other necessary repairs that needed to be done. I had used Armstrong before and is always very pleased

I was impressed with Rafael's work. I woke up on a Saturday and started to make phone calls to get an estimate for a new garage door opener. I left a message at Garage Door Service but didn't feel I would get a call back. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text message in addition to call back from them. I explained what I was looking to do. I liked the quote given and arranged for Monday appointment at 11AM. Rafael arrive 30 minutes early (a good sign in my book) and within 45 minutes he was done. Excellent service. Highly recommend Garage Door Service.
