Google5Walked me through closing our stuck garage door and came the next day to replace the motor unit. Would 100% use again for any further garage needs.

Google5They give great service, even over the phone! My wife put a broom in front of one of the electric eyes the stopped the door from coming down. 30 seconds on the phone. I also used them about a year ago when the cable system on the door got all messed up. They came to the house and fixed it in short order. Safeway is a great garage door company.

Google5Torsion spring went out on our garage door and wouldn't open anymore. We called Safe Way and asked if we could get someone out to take a look at it. From customer service, to the actual repair of our door, everyone was very professional, efficient and courteous. We were on a time crunch, they even called and let us know they would actually be able to come out earlier than the time they originally stated! They have reasonable prices, I cannot recommend this company enough, the 5 star reviews speak for themselves.

Google5Phil was easy to work with! He responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to come out the next day for repairs. He showed up when he said he would, completed the repair in a timely fashion, and charged a reasonable price! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a garage door repair. I hopefully won't be needing another garage door repair but I would definitely use him again. Thanks for providing a great experience as a customer!

Google5Excellent service! I called on a Saturday and they were willing to come out that day but since I was working I waited until Monday. The tech was on time , super friendly and even repaired another problem he noticed wasn't right that had been poorly done by someone before. Hard to find this kind of service today. Would definitely recommend this company for your garage door needs.

BBB5Excellent service: Quick call back Immediately made an appointment time, and the service person arrived on schedule. Provided me with additional maintenance tips that I could do on my own. Explained/Answered all questions that I had about the operation of my garage door's electronics. I really felt like I was treated as an important customer. Service fee charged was at the lower range of what I had been quoted over the phone. I feel like I was treated fairly. The company did exactly what they said they would do.

Google5The go above and beyond to help the customer. I had an issue with an old craftsman opener and Phil was able to diagnose the issue and had a solution quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. I have used this company several times over 15 years, they have always done a great job.

Google5If I could rate Safe Way higher than a 5, I would. My remote key pad would not work and I called for a service call. Phil, the owner, had me take a picture of my unit and send it to him. He talked me through how to reprogram the unit and I did not have to have a service call. I consider that excellent service that puts honesty and helpfulness above making an extra dollar. I would recommend Safe Way to anyone.

Google5Great experience! I had a spring pop on the garage door last evening. I called Safe Way the next morning and had an appointment scheduled. They were able to come that morning. Kevin came on time and was professional. He was very efficient which made his job go fast. He completed the job within an hour. The price was fair. Kevin even gave some tips to look for the next time the springs need to be replaced, specifically the correct size springs. Excellent job!
