He was on time, professional and informative as he explained how and what to lubricate to keep the door in good condition. Their price was reasonable and I have no problem recommending them to others.

I called for a spring repair on my garage door, the lady who answers the phone has a lovely phone manner and fit me into the schedule right away. The repair person came out exactly when they said and called beforehand to let me know they were on the way. Such a great experience and nice friendly people/company all around. Thank you!

The office was very efficient and knowledgeable when I called to make an appointment. She gave me all the information I needed to have my springs replaced. Sean was very thorough and professional when installing the new springs and answered some other questions for me regarding the maintenance of my garage door.

I left a voice mail after hours on Saturday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. They were able to come to the house on Tuesday. They called Tuesday morning to keep me up-to-date and they actually arrived ahead of schedule. They replaced two broken hinges and inspected the rest of the garage door to make sure it was safe. Even though I still have the original garage door on a 29-year old house, they didn't try to sell me a brand new door as the solution to a broken hinge. No tricks, no gimmicks. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to a friend. Services Rendered: Needed hinges replaced on garage door

They replaced a spring for me a few years ago and did great. I called them for a door opener that was dead. They did troubleshooting and determined i needed a new opener. They had it on the truck and finished install very quickly and we are very pleased with service and products. Services Rendered: replace garage door opener

I got an immediate phone call after leaving a voice mail for a return call. These guys came on time for their scheduled appointment. I called because my clicker would not open or close the garage door.. When the panel for the motor of the garage door opened, it was found that the circuit board had to be replaced. They did order a new one and I was not charged for the initial service call. They came back about a week later with a new board and once installed the garage door opened and closed with my clicker. They also lubricated the springs and sliders. My total cost for two visits and a new circuit board was only $160. Services Rendered: Electronic Board had to be replaced

Fantastic job! We damaged our garage door on thanksgiving rendering it inoperable and us trapped in the house. Straight up got out to us the Friday after thanksgiving and fixed the door so we could use it. Then they arrived today (one week later) to replace it. They were great working with us to find a door that fit our budget but was still an upgrade. One of my favorite companies to work with. Highest recommendation. Services Rendered: Replace garage door.

Although completely booked, he made a couple of calls, moved things around and come out within 2 hour. Very impressed with customer service.
