This is an amazing company with amazing people. I've used them four times for various items and continue to be impressed. I wish they did more than garage doors because they would be my first call for everything.
EXCELLENT! Excellent customer service, excellent installation, excellent product quality. My husband and I took our time finding the best company for the price, door selection and expertise. Keystone was the one! A huge shout out to to Alison in the office. (She knows what I mean. Lol!) Photos show the doors now and how they were prior to installation. New doors are so quiet; and it's nice not to get rained on getting out to open or close the doors. Next item on the agenda: power washing our roof and driveway :).
I didn't pull my car into the garage far enough, and when I closed the garage door, it hit the back of my SUV. The car just had a few scratches, but the brackets were bent and the garage door wouldn't shut all the way. I called Keystone Overhead and they said they probably could not come to me until the week after, but that they would call me later if that changed. They called me later that day and told me they would be here the next morning between 10 and 10:30 am. Sure enough, they called me that morning and arrived within the time they mentioned. Jeff Wineholt came to my house at 10:20. Explained to me what needed to be done and that he could fix it. He needed a piece that he didn't have on his truck and had to go back to the office. He said he would be back in an hour. As promised, he came back and fixed the garage door quickly and beautifully. You would have never known that there was an issue. As a matter of fact, the door had better reinforcements and was quieter than before. The best part of all was the price!! More than reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will call them again if I ever need work done on the garage. It is refreshing to see that in this day and age, companies still charge a great price for great work. I'm super happy with their work.
I needed to replace an old garage door opener. The circuit board on my old opener was no longer operational. My experience with this company was excellent! Their pricing was good and the service provided on the installation was great. My appointment was for 8 a.m. and the two service technicians were there a few minutes early. The job was done professionally and quickly. This is the second experience that I have had with this business. I highly recommend their services.
Fast and reliable, called them for service on my 17 year old garage door in the morning by 1pm a new door was installed. By the way-when you call you talk to a live person, when they say they will call you back they do. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
I called Keystone and they were friendly and polite on the telephone. They asked a few questions about the door and problems we were experiencing (making loud noises when ascending or descending). They worked around my schedule for the service call. The technician, Clyde, arrived right on time and looked at our door. He diagnosed the problem (needed new pulley wheels and lubrication). Clyde worked quickly and had the new parts in place in about 20 minutes. He was a very nice and a respectful employee We will absolutely use Keystone again for our overhead door needs. Thank you everyone!!
We recently needed new garage doors after getting several quotes we decided to use Keystone Overhead Doors mainly due to the professional advice we received from Jeff, he was so knowledgeable and informative and gave us great advice on which kind of door opener to purchase for our needs. It was also very helpful to be able to go to the showroom and look at samples and see how the doors and opener actually worked and sounded. I asked lots of questions, Jeff and Alison were both very prompt in returning my emails and phone calls. Once we decided on the doors, installation was scheduled quickly and the installers of the doors were very professional. I love our new garage doors and they are so quiet. I cannot say enough about what a great experience we had. I would highly recommend Keystone Overhead doors.
I cannot say enough about the great experience I have had with all the personnel at Keystone Overhead Door, but especially Jeff. I purchased my two garage door openers approximately five years ago from Keystone. Just recently, I had one that would only close part way. Since I am somewhat handy, I asked Keystone (Jeff), if they could tell me how I might fix it. With a $7 part and free text coaching from Jeff, my door is again smoothly working. In this day and age, not too many companies are that supportive. I will definitely continue to business with this company!!!!
The receptionist was pleasant when I called to schedule the repair. She gave me a quote on the phone of $130-$150. And stated that the Service call just to come out is $95.00 One of the extension springs had broken on the single car garage door. The two men arrived promptly during the 2 hour designated time frame. And quickly got to work replacing the 2 extension springs, one on each side of the garage door.
