We just had Jason and Steve replace two windows and install a storm door. Their work was outstanding...both are true craftsmen! The price was right and in the spring, we will have them replace three more windows. Definitely an outstanding job and they were here when they said they would be and did not leave any mess! Give them a call you will not be disappointed!

Our experience with Lancaster Door Service was excellent from the first step. We met with Anton who was professional, friendly and had great knowledge of the products. We chose a new front door, storm door, side door and slider doors to be installed. Mitch & Jason the installers were awesome to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The technician was running a little late but I was updated in a timely manner. The receptionist was very pleasant! The problem was fixed quickly and he even fixed another minor problem with the door. The process went well. They showed up on the assigned date and time and went right to work. They were polite and professional and did a great job start to finish and with the clean up. I would highly recommend them. Services Rendered: We had three old garage doors replaced. They took away the old ones, added new hardware then hung the three new overhead doors. The new doors were insulated with insulated glass. One of the doors had an automatic opener while the others were manual. They repaired the door casings where they had rotted and wrapped everything with metal.

The technician, Andy, quickly diagnosed the problem as a shredded motor drive belt. He retrieved a new belt from his well organized, stocked service van and made the repair. Andy also adjusted our garage doors to insure proper operation. We were very pleased with his knowledge and work ethic as well as his pleasant manner. Services Rendered: Lancaster Door repaired the motor drive belt on our garage door opener.

The service technician, Andy, arrived on time, was very friendly, courteous and skilled. He was neat and worked around our vehicles with great care. Services Rendered: Our opener was running very rough and finally stopped working. The technician, Andy, quickly diagnosed the problem as a frayed motor belt. He replaced the belt with a new one that he had in his well stocked service van. The opener worked like new.
