Google5AWESOME! Appointment was set for 4-6p. Received an ETA call prior to 4pm. That was very much appreciated. Ken & Nathan arrived at 530p. Provided three options and worked well past quitting time to complete the job the same day. Wish I had more garage doors in need of repair as I would be thrilled to work with Precision again.

Google5I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Jerry he explained in detail concerning my issues with the garage door opener and my choices of repair and cost. I was very impressed with his speed and knowledge and how he left everything clean and neat. I have no complaints about his work politeness. And I am very hard to please. Sincerely Betty Herr

Google5I recently had a surprise repair that I needed completed on my home's old garage door (never fun). Luckily, I got in touch with the team at Precision and they were able to set me up with a service/repair appointment within 24 hrs. Kenny and Nathan were my techs and they were splendid! They got to my home right on time, were incredibly polite and professional, and had my safety inspection, quote, and repairs done in a flash. I think they were only on my property for 25 minutes MAX before they were all done and on the road again after replacing multiple wheel bearings and support brackets. Couldn't recommend them enough and plan to give them another ring when I am in need of a full replacement on my systems in the near future.

Google5We bought our house in 2021 and it had an installed electric garage door mechanism of an unknown age, and it just stopped working on the side of the garage we use yesterday. Jerry, our technician, was very communicative. He was able to come out next day. He was timely and professional. He explained all of the repairs thoroughly and did not get annoyed with all the questions I asked him. The price was expensive, but I'll be fully transparent and say that I have no clue what it should cost! I just know you don't f with electric garage doors unless you know what you're doing. Ours had snapped on one side (we heard a loud bang a couple nights ago and had no idea what it was, well... that was it), so i guess that price was to be expected. Overall I'm very happy with the experience that he provided. I feel that he was well able to pinpoint the issues and fix what was needed without going overboard. Excellent. I will call again if needed and trust them if we have any issues.

Google5Kenny, our Precision repairman was extremely professional. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived soon after that. After checking the garage door thoroughly to evaluate the problem, he gave us several options and explained what each option entailed. He finished the repairs in a timely manner and cleaned up any trash. We were impressed with the promptness and knowledge. We would definitely recommend Precision.

Google5Apparently I am just one of many satisfied customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door Co. I knew nothing about this company except what others had said. There are many door companies to choose from but without a doubt I would highly recommend these guys. I was not pressured by the technician but thoroughly informed of my options by Jerry (very knowledgeable young man) and the job was completed expediently. By Jerry's knowledge of product and his ability to do the work it's very obvious that Precicions employees are well trained. Much appreciated. Only one suggestion, give Jerry a raise.

Google5Excellent experience! Called at 9:00 and by 10:15 Josh was at my house. He diagnosed the issues quickly and walked me through all my options. I did not feel like I was being "sold to," just educated. There was nothing pushy about Josh. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision and did not rush me. Did I overpay for the replacement parts he installed? I don't know and I don't care. This company understands the long-game, which is to say that they aren't looking for a quick buck just repeat customers. Their consultative approach, quality work and outstanding customer service means I will come back year after year. Thank You!
