They don't let me rate above 5 stars, but I wish I could. Had them come out to get an old wood door back to running condition. They did not disappoint it was difficult to get done, so not a more determined team to get the job done. Will definitely be using them when doors get replaced.

Thank you to Dennis/Sales and Logan & Shaun/Installers. Replaced my original wood double garage door with new vinyl insulated door. From my initial phone call, to Dennis' clear explanation of available options, to Logan & Shaun's hard work (in hot humid weather) removing the old & installing the new- smooth from start to finish. Great customer service at every level. Highly recommend!

They fit us into schedule before the holiday weekend when our door opener malfunctioned. Quick and thorough repair and maintenance. Always kind and helpful, personable. No upsell or unnecessary costs. We will definitely continue to use their services!

I do not often write reviews but this company deserves it. My repair was very minimal but the spring broke. I called Crawford Door and they had a technician out within an hour. Logan did a great job and was very knowledgable about the repair. He did not try to upsell me or "bs" repair as I have been done before. Straight to the point repair while in an out in no time. I was recommended this company by another trades person and spoke very highly of this company. I echo his recommendation and those are in need of service. Thanks again for the quick response and getting me out of a pinch.

Referred by a neighbor they took great care of, what I found compared to others is they had medium delivery times and were medium priced, the "top dog" quotes came in very high for immediate service, the low baller came in shockingly low but with extremely long wait times. My single garage door was "special order" due to being 3 inches shorter than 7' tall. Abe came out alone and arrived early as expected, tore out my entire old system and replaced it with new, he was in and out in less than 4 hours! Also explained preventative maintenance very well and was personable/professional. You'll want Crawford Door Co at your home if you're looking for honest, humble service!

Center tension bracket ripped out of the wall and did what looked to this untrained eye to be significant damage to the mechanism as the springs spun everything around. Called Crawford and the lady initially said she could have someone there by tomorrow morning; when I lamented we were stuck with the door closed, she put me on hold briefly, came back on and said the technician would be there in a couple hours. Abe showed up at the appointed time, was courteous and professional, quickly assessed the damage as no more than the standard service call's worth and had it fixed and functional in less than an hour. Highly recommended!!

They were able to come out early the day after I called. Cables were replaced and the tech noticed the door wasn't shutting as smoothly as it could, and made some adjustments to that. He also greased/oiled the tracks to make it quieter. I was very pleased with the service. Services Rendered: Needed cables replaced on garage door opener.

Jason and Dan were professional, fast, and kind. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and performed a bit of maintenance. I found the price to be fair for the work they did and the parts they replaced. Services Rendered: My garage door opener stopped working right after a long power outage.

I called at about 8:00 am , they were here by 10:00 am. They diagnosed that the door was frozen to the ground, unstuck it, lubricated door and floor, and reset cable in tracks. Door was functioning within 10 minutes. They have a standard charge for a service call and that is what I was charged. Services Rendered: My garage door was not functioning.

I was heading out of town at 2pm on a Monday and was to be gone for the rest of the week on business My poor husband would be without the use of the garage The first company I called told e Wednesday and asked for a 4 hour time block for arrival, . When I called them at 8:00 am when they opened and explained my plight, they said they could have someone out between 9and 11 am THAT DAY. They arrived at my home at 9:10, AMAZING!!!! Services Rendered: Our chain on the garage door opener dis-engaged from the motor on my husband's size of the garage. meaning we could not use that side of the garage

Instead of fixing it, Crawford wrote an estimate of $1400 for a new steel door. They asked for $600 down so they could order the new door, since mine is a non-standard size (15 x 7). They said the door would come in a week, and meantime I wouldn't be able to access my garage. Then I had second thoughts and called another company, Overhead Door. Their guy didn't know I had already talked with Crawford Door. He said, I see nothing broken, not even your cable - it's only detached. He rewound the cable around the drum, got the wheel back in its track, and lubed everything. All done in a half hour, and it's working like a charm. He also tightened the tension of my springs, so the cable detachment problem wouldn't happen again. Crawford also had told me that my heavy wooden door would soon wear out the garage door opener, because inside was a coiled nylon rope which was doing the lifting, and was bound to break. Better to have a new light weight door, he said, so the opener could last longer. His competitor, the Overhead guy, said that's wrong; the nylon cord does not do any lifting, the springs do it. Crawford also had told me that all metal parts were rusty, and the springs would probably break soon, which could damage my car, or me. Overhead guy disagreed with that. I asked both guys for probable cost of replacing a broken spring, just in case it should happen. Crawford guy said $3-400 for two, Overhead guy said $229 for two. On the positive side,Crawford did mail back my $600 check for down payment, but they kept the $89 for what turned out to be an estimate rather than a repair call. Estimates are usually free. Services Rendered: I thought I had a broken cable on one side of my heavy wooden sectional garage door. Creaford raised and lowered the door manually for me so I could get my lawnmower out. Said they could fix it for $150 but said I would soon need a new door, so might as well buy one now instead of wasting money on repairing this one. Charged me $89 for the "service" call.
