Called Grand River Garage Door to request repairs on my mothers 16'x7' garage door that had become racked halfway down in its travel. Brad politely asked to return my call once he consulted his schedule and not more than 20 minutes later Brandon was calling me to confirm an afternoon appointment. Very courteous and professional, no unwarranted "upsells", just a very professional approach to garage door installation and service. I will continue to recommend their services to anyone looking for a reputable company who does quality work at a very reasonable price-point.
Answered my call at 7 in the morning and had my garage door repaired by 1pm the same day. Did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done and the reasons for it. Quick, clean and professional, 100% recommended. Couldn't be happier with the entire process.

This is a great company for garage door needs. When our spring broke, they were able to come out the next day and fix it for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly. I would definitely call them again if we ever need anything else done with our door!

We've had them out twice now - once to fully replace a garage door my brother backed into and once to replace the spring on the other door when it wore out. Both times they've been phenomenal. For the door itself, he came out first to give a quote. He gave me several options based on that and let me choose. I never felt pressured to upgrade or anything - what I bought was what I wanted. Once I made a selection, he checked around to find the necessary parts and was back later the same day to get everything done. Same thing with the spring - he gave me a couple options and let me choose what I wanted. He had the parts on hand for that one so he fixed it same time, didn't even need to come back out! Brandon was the on-site technician in both cases - super friendly, clearly knew his stuff, and more than happy to answer all of my weird and silly questions without any issues. Like I said, he offered various levels - particularly for the garage door, whether we wanted fancy with accents, plain white, etc. - but he never pressured me into picking a higher one or buying extra stuff to go with it. Even the person who took my call initially and got me scheduled was super polite and friendly - even though I called on a Sunday, both times! Nobody likes a broken garage door, but these guys made it as positive an experience as possible, all things considered. Highly, highly recommend!!!!
Great service! Brandon was able to fix our garage earlier than expected. He explained everything very thoroughly even with my puppy barking at him. He was able to give us a quote immediately and once we said the word, he started the work right away and was very quick and thorough. We also loved that they answered our phone call very early in the morning and got us on the schedule that day. We would definitely recommend to anyone with any garage issues!
