Google5Brad came out to give an estimate and educated me on what all we SHOULD do. All were great suggestions so we went ahead and booked. After a few weeks out garage doors were in and ready to be installed. The team did a great job and we are very pleased with the outcome as well as the items Brad suggested that we wouldn't have thought about. Would recommend. Everything runs better l, safer, and much quieter than before. Money well spent.

Google5James and Erik did a great job installing my garage doors! They were on time, courteous , and friendly. The job was completed very well and they explained all the features to me. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Google5Update January 2024 ... Still five stars. My car had a little run-in with the material surrounding the garage door and I called for a repair. Floyd (Floyd Gibbons) came just a couple of hours after I called in and had the repair almost completed by the time I pulled into the driveway. Outstanding service, office staff (Carolyn) and Floyd very friendly and easy to work with, have been very happy with Ingstrup Garage Doors with every encounter I've had with them. Highly recommend. Initially had a repair, which was scheduled very quickly and my problem promptly resolved. Ultimately needed to replace the door and opener. Crew (Andrew and Matt) did an outstanding job of installing the new equipment - friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. There was a little mix-up in the type of opener I ordered and Andrew and Matt worked diligently and patiently to try and resolve it. Promptly got a call from Eric back at the shop with a plan and another tech (Brad) came the very next day to swap out the opener. I was very impressed with the level of service and the excellent work done by all. And I really like the new door and opener - especially how quiet and quick it is. Who knew a new garage door would make such a difference!

Google5Floyd and Erik worked extremely hard and finished the garage door installation quickly. Very friendly and got to work as soon as they showed. Garage door looks awesome and is much quieter than the original. I would highly recommend Floyd and Erik working together for Ingstrup. I Definitely would recommend Ingstrup for any garage door installation and would use them in the future if needed. Thanks guys...

Google5Wife called them. Very impressed by their work. Replaced a wire that was a safety issue, the broken springs, brackets and other issues and that needed to be addressed. Sounds so much quieter after being fixed. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Google5We had damage to our garage door from the recent storm. Ingstrup was recommended from a friend, so I called and Scott gave me a quote on Friday, Tahlon & Erik came and installed the new door on Wednesday! Very professional, friendly and they did a great job!

Google5Brad and Ryan came out today to replace our extremely old and broken garage door and opener. They arrived right on time, were fast but thorough, and communicated well with me. The job was a little pricier than my husband and I had anticipated, but we are very pleased with the results and I really do believe that you get what you pay for. We also love that the opener connects to an app, so we never have to wonder, "Did we close the garage door?!" Thanks for the great service!

Yelp5James and Brad from Ingstrup installed my garage door today. I had placed the order online through Home Depot because I already had the financing with them. Prior to the purchase I had already gotten a quote direct from them, which was comparable given the different features I had priced. I am very happy that they were the installers as James and Brad were very helpful, efficient and kind. My old broken door is hauled away and the new door runs effectuvely. They even did this in freezing cold weather. I would definitely recommend the company based on my experience.

Yelp5My in-laws just had this gorgeous garage door installed. They were very professional. Chuck and Brad did a fantastic job. It only took a couple hours, and they cleaned up all the mess. Absolutely no hassle and no fuss; I would absolutely recommend!

Yelp5I had a garage door spring break late at night. I emailed a couple of local companies off google. Ingstrup was the first to respond the next morning. Their quoted price was reasonable and they said the could make it out that afternoon. The guys came out near the beginning of the quoted 2 hour window that was given. Work was fast, quality and professional. They even installed an extra brace on the bowed top panel of my door at no extra charge. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Yelp5Ingstrup is top notch. After my initial service call, they were at my door within the hour to fix it. The coils had rusted on each side of the door and were replaced in a timely manner. Prices were super reasonable and the staff very professional.

Yelp1Home depot contracts these guys to install their clopay garage door brand. That's right Ingstrup, can't get it up, can't get it down. when their install job causes multiple failures to your door, they may come fix their work once or twice but after that they just quit answering your calls. When you finally have to call another contractor to fix the door, the Contractor says 'why did Ingstrup do it like that?'
