A few days ago as I backed out of the garage too quickly my roof rack caught the bottom edge of the sectional garage door, bowing the section and knocking it out of the tracks. I did a google search for Garage Door Repair 'near me' and Mesilla Valley Door came up pretty quickly. I gave them a call. It was very easy to schedual an appointment within a few days.
Billy arrived exactly when expected. He was very friendly, professional, and reassuring. He assessed the situation quickly and in just a few minutes was able to repair the damage I had done and set the door back in it's tracks. He was able to assure me that the damaged panel could be replaced if that was what I wanted to do, and he quoted me an approximate cost, but he also pointed out that the 'damage' was actually minor and cosmetic, and that there was really no need to replace the panel. I mention this because I had fully expected that I would have to replace that section of door, and he did not take advantage of that at all. The whole visit was well under an hour and I spent a small fraction of what I was fearing it would cost..under a $140!
Not only that but Billy also lubricated all THREE garage door wheels and hinges, and checked them to be sure they were all opening and closing smoothly. He recommended that I do this twice a year and what type of lubricant to use.
5 stars for great initial communication, very kind and professional in-person service, a job well done, honestly, and a great price. I have already had the opportunity to recommend Mesilla Valley Door to a friend and am sure I will do so again in future. Many thanks.
