Yelp5From the 1st call American Veteran has been great. They were able to send out Jaxon the same day, he came and diagnosed the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. He was very professional and informative and didn't try and sell us anything. A few days later we called back to get a new opener installed. Jaxon came out again and did an amazing job! We are extremely happy we chose this company and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Google5Called and they came to fix the tension spring the same day. Quick and easy. Adrian was great! super friendly. Explained what was going on, educated me on how to maintain the springs and the garage door. Adrian was a good repairman. There's no way I could fix that spring myself. Overall, very happy with the service I received from American Veteran. I'll call them again if needed and I recommend using their services ! 5 out of 5.

Google5My garage door unexpectedly broke just when I needed it most. They saved my bacon in about an hour. Mike, their technician, was really proficient in addition to being on time. After identifying the problem and replacing a broken spring, my garage door was operating like new in no time. Outstanding assistance!

Google5These people really are pros! I couldn't get my car out since my garage door opener wasn't working properly. When I contacted, they sent a technician by the name of Spencer. In addition to fixing my opener, he provided me with some insightful upkeep advice. Excellent service!

Yelp5Excellent quality and performance. I had a new garage door installed by Devon who was so professional and very knowledgeable about what he does. The owners really care about their customers. They're responsive and they are always doing their best to assist. I called a few weeks after the new door was installed because my remote control wasn't working they sent out Devon again the very next morning at no charge because it was covered under the new door warranty. It was embarrassing because the issue with the remote was due to old batteries that they replaced. Definitely the only company I'll be dealing with.

Google5We had a garage door come crashing down on a Friday night around 6pm. Left a message for one company who had great google reviews and claimed to be 24 hours - after an hour of waiting, we called American Veteran. Our call was answered and an appointment was made for 7-10am the next morning. At 6:45, Michael called to say he was on the way. Our door was fixed in less than an hour for a really reasonable price, and Michael was great. These guys should have been our first call right from the start - especially since the other company still hasn't called back, Highly recommend.

Yelp5For several months we noticed our garage door hinges on the left side were becoming loose. We tried to self repair it several times, but the hinges would fall off. Looking on Yelp for Garage Door Repair services, my family and I came across American Veteran Garage Door Repair services. We called into the American Veteran Garage Door Repair services and the team member whom picked up the phone was able to get an appointment next day, for a 1:00 - 3:00 P.M arrival. The next day arrived and the technician called. Michael had informed he his earlier job finished early and asked if he could arrive around 12:00. This was great! I let him know that earlier was perfectly fine. When Michael assessed the garage door, he had recommended repairing 10 different hinges. The price was pretty reasonable and he did a fantastic job repairing the garage door! I'd highly recommend American Veteran Garage Door Repair services if you're looking for a company to fix your garage door or garage door opener!

Yelp5I have a new rollup door that was installed improperly. I called American veteran garage door repair and they sent a technician by the name of Bevan out to my place to give me an estimate to look at what I had going on here. I first called them on Tuesday and they were busy so they said that Bevan their commercial technician wouldn't be able to be out until probably Thursday. Being proactive and trying to get things done; I started to call other places and see if I can get someone out sooner. I should've waited to make a long story short! Quite a few garage door places in this town lol. I probably ended up calling seven or eight places and just about every establishment that I contacted produced terrible to no results. What is worse each of those places has three or four reps using private cell phone numbers and calling people back chasing work. Pretty soon; even if you're trying to keep track of who you're talking to it's a lot." good luck" When It was all said and done. I ended up going back to American veteran garage door repair, the very first company I called. Their hand Bevan was top notch it didn't take but a few minutes to figure out he knew what he was doing. I was born and raised in the valley here all my life working union with two separate union retirement under my belt . So I've been around every kind of work imaginable, construction wise that doesn't mean I know anything about garage doors, but simple physics and an eye for someone who does I've gotten pretty good at. I am happy to tell anyone about this job that I had done with this business. Every time you start to think no one is on the ball anymore or wants to do anything. You run into a place like this. With an employee that's sharp, honest and hard-working "that says something for the company" as well as they did their homework in hiring this guy. Sometimes I want to just throw my hands up feeling like there's no one out there that wants to work or take care of business with any character or respect anymore. A lot of places just want to show up collected check or charge four times the amount for a pitiful attempt to do something. I'm glad to say it's nice to run into a place and have good results and a positive experience reinstating my faith that there is still good companies and good people out there. Yelp1Nothing much but Expensive. I did research after installing a new garage motor, their price is about 3 times higher than Home DXXXX. The motor they sold to me is a very old and cheap model. When I called back to ask what the price of the motor and labor respectively? The lady who answered the phone said she did not know. I told her the motor price I found, she told me their price was different and kept telling me it included TAX, sounds like the TAX could be a huge part. The technician was fine, but he took away all the parts including the new chain and rail (Those were not installed 'cause he said my old ones are better), and all my old motor, sensor, and switch. My old motor was still working just some remote problem. I believe those could be sold as 2nd hand for another 50-100 bulks at least? So, my bad did not do a price check before, but if anyone sees this, YOU CAN!

Yelp5After hearing a loud bang coming from the garage, we quickly learned something happened with the door not long after when it wouldn't open. We called right away and had a tech at our doorstep the following morning (July 4th!). The tech was very friendly and told us exactly what happened. It wasn't cheap by any means, but we understood the cost, and we're thankful they were able to have someone come out on the holiday. Not only is our door fixed, but it is also quieter, which is nice.

Yelp5I purchased a few 'after market' garage door remote controllers and following the instructions to a tee, couldn't get them to program. I contacted American Veteran Garage Door Repair of Las Vegas and asked if they could do the programming for me. I was given an appointment for two days later at 11:00am. That morning, at approximately 9:00 am, I received a call from the technician asking if he could come EARLY! He arrived in about twenty minutes, assessed the products and had to do some computer search but completed the task successfully in less than 30 minutes! I was thrilled!!
