As I was leaving to go somewhere, my garage door would not open. I noticed that one of the garage door springs had snapped. I called an old garage company I had used previously, but they would not be able to get to me until the end of the next business day. I called Expert Garage Door Service, and Blake answered the phone personally. I explained the situation and he advised he could arrive within an hour to fix the spring. He texted 30 minutes prior to arrival, he arrived on time, provided me with a quote, and he got right to work. He made quick work of the broken spring, installed two brand new springs with a warranty, and was done within an hour. Blake was extremely courteous, professional, and reasonable. I highly, highly recommend Blake for any and all garage door needs. He even put a sticker near my garage door opener so I have his information, which I appreciated. Thank you so much, Blake!!
