So all of a sudden my garage door decided to go up crooked and Jim its tracks - left stuck about a foot open. I called for service and Expert Garage Door responded in minutes. Now I've had to Del,with garage door companies before and generally the first thing they want to do is sell me a new opener - because mines OLD - but Blake came in, quickly assessed the condition of the spring bar and pointed out failed bearings. The price quoted was very very fair and he quickly replaced the bad parts, reset the counter springs and within 1/2 and hour it was working good s new. I was anticipating a two day ordeal and multiple upsell attempts - boy was I wrong! Expert Garage Door is the first place I'm going to go if I need work in the future - Blake is a great technician and prices are excellent!

As I was leaving to go somewhere, my garage door would not open. I noticed that one of the garage door springs had snapped. I called an old garage company I had used previously, but they would not be able to get to me until the end of the next business day. I called Expert Garage Door Service, and Blake answered the phone personally. I explained the situation and he advised he could arrive within an hour to fix the spring. He texted 30 minutes prior to arrival, he arrived on time, provided me with a quote, and he got right to work. He made quick work of the broken spring, installed two brand new springs with a warranty, and was done within an hour. Blake was extremely courteous, professional, and reasonable. Walked out to leave the house and had the dreaded spring break that had my vehicle trapped in my garage. Jumped on yelp at 4pm on a Friday night holiday weekend and requested quotes. We had squeaks on one side of our garage door every time it went up. Blake came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No more squeaks and he was personable, professional and a veteran. After a few days the door would go up okay, but hesitated when we lowered it. Blake came out the day I called and within 5 minutes he had it fixed. No charge. Excellent service! Highly recommended! I needed a garage door motor installed. An expert came out, gave me a quote and offered to work on it today. I was happy with the price and told him that it worked for me so he went to working on the door. Blake did an excellent job repairing and servicing our garage door. While closing the garage door something got into the way of the door but not the sensor and when the door got caught up the cable came off the track. We ended up replacing the springs and the price was very reasonable. The spring broke in me old home after 8 years and the spring my new home was much older than that. I'm not willing to repeat that damage and cost again. Thank you for responding to my text quickly and being available the next day to do your magic. Could not have been better! Blake arrived at the scheduled time, in addition he texted us his ETA when he was on his way. Blake introduced himself, and went straight to fixing our garage door. He had the door working in about 5 minutes! Then he offered to tune and lube as part of his service. He gave us his business card and let us know he would return if the door acted up again, but he felt the problem was fixed. We were amazed at how efficient and knowledgeable he was.
