BBB5Lift Tech was prompt and professional when our garage door wouldn't stay down. I had made my own adjustments but the Lift Tech tech noticed rub marks from the door on one jamb and determined, perhaps from rain swelling of the wood, that the track was too close to the jamb. The track was reset and all was good. The tech also fine tuned the closer settings, all for no charge. Lift Tech had replaced the closer a couple years prior and we've been happy with that installation.

BBB5Great job! Salesman came when he said he was going to come. Installed the garage door just like he said he was going to. Rashid was wonderful and the price was absolutely reasonable.

Google5Our garage door no longer opened with the remote access, the tech Caleb came on time the next day, with a text and picture prior to his arrival. Caleb found the problem ( circuit was shot) with no pressure to purchase a new system that day. He explained the three systems he had to offer and we felt comfortable to go ahead with the new upgraded garage door opener and had the springs changed out as well. A few days later it was installed, and we are thrilled to get in and out of the garage again, it is very quiet, has safety features with motion detection lights. We would recommend Lift Tech for all your garage door needs.

Google5Thankful for Justin and the Lift Tech Garage door team to help fix my broken garage. My garage doors are so heavy and they stayed later and made sure to double check everything before leaving. Thankful for their patience and help and quality work. Great customer service. Will refer them to anyone :)

BBB5Texted me before scheduled time letting me know they were in route showed up on time. Took care of all concerns, very polite and courteous throughout the whole interaction. Definitely recommend them to anyone else. This is not the first time that I have used their services. I am repeat customer and most of all a happy customer too!

Google5Walked in to purchase new door remote. Traci was friendly and helpful. I returned hours later to return the product as the code was not working with the opener. Owner Brian came out to examine the remote, verify its working condition and explain the programming more clearly. I went home and he called me just to be sure my door opener was working. No problem at all, opener worked and door opens and closes on command. Customer Service, imagine that! GG.

Google5We had our garage door, motor and spring installed by Lift Tech 7 years ago when we bought the house. 13 months later we noticed that the paint had begun to fade on the door in strange places and called Brian up. He came right over and agreed that it was in odd places and not related to sun damage so he checked on the warranty. When he found out that the paint was only covered for 12 months by the manufacturer, he felt it wasn't right and helped pay half of the cost to have the door repainted. When our garage door spring snapped a few days ago, we knew just who to call. We received a call back within minutes and quickly had an appointment set for the next day. He arrived on time and quickly had the springs replaced and serviced the door too. It is now nearly silent as it glides up and down. I highly recommend Lift Tech for anyone needing honest, fair and quick service.

Yelp5I needed my sensor fixed as door no longer went down with remote. Also needed keypad reprogrammed as when I bought townhouse the previous tenants were renters and had no clue what code was. Apparently it was not compatible with system I had. It had been unused for years. Called 3 companies for estimate. First 2 immediately went into upgrade mode. Everything old and worn out. Need new motor etc. Lift Tech was 3rd and while he agreed it was older model, said it didnt need to be replaced now and my problems could be taken care of. Price was much more reasonable and Caleb explained everything to me unlike others who just said "everythings old" lol. I would definitely include Lift Tech in your group of estimates. Very pleased.

My old doors were pretty beat up and thankfully Caleb and the guys made it look like it was brand new again in the garage. Thank you for the great service and the great professionalism.

Google5Brian from Lift Tech is the most amazing business owner that I have ever encounter. His employee and him were punctual and very professional and knowledgeable and ethical. They installed my new garage door and motor promptly and made sure it worked properly before they left. Brian and his tech showed me how to install the My Q app on my phone and it is so easy to open and close my garage door even if I am miles away from my house. Brian is always willing to answer any of my questions about the operation of the door and motor and stands behind his product and workmanship. Lift Tech prices were fair and very competitive with other companies. Thank you Brian and your excellent employees for making me feel secure about my purchase. I know if I ever have any problems you will be there for me to make it right.

We thought it was not salvageable as mangled as it was as you can see in the pics, my son tried to fix it but I think he should have left it up to a professional such as yourself... lol. Yelp5Lift Tech saved me from my insanity. My garage door was mangled and Brian came to the rescue. I thought it was beyond repair but Brian was able to give it some life again. I tried fixing it myself but I think I just made it worse. Response time was incredible and the service was just as amazing. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Google4They sent out a technician named Jonathan C, 3 times he came out and the last time he had taken a hammer to our garage door and put a big dent in the garage. The 4th time we were completely locked out and the garage door wasn't opening at all, they sent out Brian K, he showed up 3 hours later. He said the motor needs to be replaced. He came back in a few days to fix our whole garage door. Brian was very professional and was very helpful.

Yelp5I am so grateful for their service. I had them install a new complete garage door assembly about a year ago. I had a small issue happen with one of the springs on a Saturday 1-year later. I called Caleb and I was met with outstanding customer service. They came out on Monday and fixed the issue under warranty! Thanks team!

Yelp5Talked to the owner Brian about my problem I needed fixed. Springs broke and needed replacement. Brian advised me of the correct springs to install since my family uses our garage like our front door. Scheduled an appointment. Jonathan quickly texted me to update me on our appointment. Arrived on time, ready to fix my problem. Was fast, reliable, HONEST, and extremely friendly. Glad I decided to use this small, family owned business. Will tell my neighbors about them.

Yelp2Hi Brian, Thanks for the offer but I prefer to get a part refund minus the service fee. Since the comprehensive diagnostic was inaccurate and caused headaches even after the repair. I like to have the FREEDOM to choose what and whom I would like my garage doors to be service with. Thank you.

Yelp5I was having some issues with the garage door and also needed to get it tuned up (since I'm not quite sure when it was last done). I contacted 2 companies and no one responded. After waiting a few days I found Lift Tech and messaged them. Brian responded right away and scheduled me in right away. My garage technician was Jonathan, he was punctual and friendly. He did the tune up and answered the questions I had. Thank you both.

Yelp5I called around looking for a garage door repair company for a broken spring repair on my garage door. No one was able to come out and do the repair today until I called Lift Tech Garage. Brian came out within the hour to repair the broken springs. He repaired the broken spring and installed another spring for optimal use. Couldn't be happier working with Lift Tech Garages.
