Google5Robbie Murphy was amazing he fixed the door. He adjusted the springs. He fixed the garage door opener to accommodate the new weight and didn't try to gouge us and get a new door. He was very polite, respectful, and was very quick. I would recommend Martin, Garage Doors of Nevada to anyone.

Google5I received a quote from another company for $2400. They said I needed to replace the whole garage door because it could not be fixed. Looking at the part that was broken it appeared that it should be able to be repaired. I called Martin Garage Doors and sent them pictures of the problem. They told me that the repair would be $174. Jose came out and fixed the door in about 30 minutes tops. In the future I will call Martin Garage Doors without question.

Google5Jpose was very professional and accomplished the job precisely and in a timely manner. Answered every question I had without giving me a runaround answer, true professional. When asked about the condition of my garage door, he advised about some problem areas, so with this experience with him and knowing that I am going to get expert service I am going to make an appointment with Martin Doors again and I recommend anyone looking for assitance in this area of their house to do the same!

Yelp1ZERO stars .. hire someone else The employee (lazy & clumsy) they sent to my house tromped down my artificial turf to save 5 steps. Also tromped threw my flower bed knocking over a flower pot (it is plastic so it didn't break)

Google5Ken did great job and exceptional service. He is very friendly and kind. I have had 3 other consults before him, nobody did or proposed the solution what Ken did in a very reasonable price and time. Google5Ken installed a garage door on my workshop. Ken was polite, professional, knowledgeable. I asked him questions about sealing the door. He had a number of options and was able to explain them to me. He did a professional job on the installation. Very happy, will use these guys for any future work. A++++

Google5Ken is awesome! He did a repair and maintenance on our garage door, was super friendly, and in and out fast. What is really nice is they don't try and sell you upgrades or work that you may not necessarily need, and are straightforward and honest with you about what your options are. Really not hoping to have garage door issues again, but if it happens we will be a return customer. We even got an email with the receipt and pictures of the completed work (super professional)!

Google5Really nice guy. And he told me everything he was going to do and did everything to make sure my garage door is working well. After he finished his work my garage door looked and operated like it was brand new. Very professional work and very sweet and kind attitude. Robbie knows his work well as he has been in the profession for quite a while. I will use Martin garage door only for any work in the future and I hope again. Very knowledgeable...a previous company talked me into upgraded rollers to quiet my garage door...my tech immediately noticed the problem and fully resolved. Yelp1since this guys installed new garage door after started using it every year or so door going out after meany time couldn't get out the car out the and hire other companies to adjusted back they told me Martin ga door installed wrong for Havey installed door like at have to have two right springs . which is my garage door only have one.i purchased it from Home Depot.home depot says every door have two springs but Martin installed one how knows maybe used my old door spring and keep the new springs.now they it's out waranty you should told us .we charge you come look at it. Home Depot says it's long time can't do anything about but they the should installed with two springs. Martin garage door unprofessional and.....

BBB1Purchased new door from **** ***** and they sent Martin garage door to install and door wasn’t in use until 2017 we are using it and door stoked and damaged we called Martin technician report says opener out of adjustment after that we are using the more often every year or so door going out of the rails and getting more damage until last year two times went out of the rails and couldn’t take the car out to school first time hired someone and adjusted second time hired licensed contractor came and asked him why this door keep going out of the rails.he said door installed wrong.Havey installed door like this should have two springs. But have one pulled up from one side and pushing down one side and damaged the door and hardware like cables and rollers and it is dangerous could fall on someone. And I contacted **** ***** where I buy the door first they said it is too late out of warranty now after I told them only have one spring they said every new door comes with two spring contact the Martin garage door.I called them they said we charge you to send some one look at it.i said no I talk to manger Brandon he said the other companies are professionals and wanted me to pay him to send some one.I don’t trust them they didn’t use my parts and they kept my springs and most likely they used my old door single spring and installed wrong and cussed door damaged and I had many times stoked in and now have to pay someone to and do it right

Yelp5Ken Martin, Jr came out in February to help with both of our garage doors. He was on time and very efficient. Our newly purchased house was built in 2005 and it appears the door opener mechanisms had never been serviced. We needed a new remote for one of them. Ken was very courteous, answered all of our questions and gave us some great advice. He was able to reprogram a keypad we couldn't figure out. He knows about many different brands of door openers and the capabilities of some to be programmed into the buttons in your car. When we're ready to upgrade these openers, we'll definitely call Ken again!

Yelp2Submitted a request online on a Friday for a service appointment. No response. Followed up the following Friday and someone responded this time. Asked me a few questions. I answered and then they ghosted me. A week later they reached out and asked if I still needed help. I said yes and we set up an appointment. When the tech showed up, he said he couldn't work on my door type (it's an older home). Even though the door operated fine it was just our opener that was broken. He said sorry and left. They don't have very good follow up and don't work on all types of doors.

Yelp2I had a new garage door installed last July 15, 2002. The technician was nice and OK. I even gave a good review the following day. However, on July 21, 2022 the garage door was not working properly. It was not closing. I called the company hoping they will come and fix it right away. They did not. They said they can come to check the problem on July 26, 2022. I paid them full ($675.00). I was hoping they will give attention to this right away but they have this "just wait when we have free time, we are not getting additional paid for this time attitude." I don't think I will recommend them to my friends and colleagues after this.

Yelp2I didnt use them, but called them because their sticker was on my commercial rollup door. The company should consider like a telephone essentials class or customer service class for the commercial rep. I talked to him for less then two or three sentences before I had to hang up on him. He is more than a little condescending and obnoxious. I waited to write this review because I figured maybe he was having a bad day or something. Today I talked with my partner as we are having the door replaced and he told me that the same guy (apparently the owner) actually hung up on him when he realized we were not part of a maintenance club.... Aside from the fact I can't figure out who would pay for maintenance on a warehouse door, what kind of a guy simply hangs up when he finds out you don't belong to it.

Yelp5Robbie great technician thorough did everything needed to make things work right. Found many things wrong. Fair reasonable. Another door company wanted to charge 3 times more for a tune up. And if I was to install new doors 3 times more again than Martin OMG. Plus that door company the rep said is trying to get all door companies to raise there charges I guess to knock everyone's head off. O Martin I researched in business since 1931 best of Las Vegas and I know why. The only place to buy garage doors or repairs without a doubt.

Yelp1Martin's garage Doors Of Nv sent a tech(Robbie)out to my property , who than assessed a problem with my garage door motor , what I thought was fixed actually failed, I later called a separate company (vantage garage doors) who assessed the work done by Martin's garage door of Nv, it was than discovered that the work that was done by Martin's garage door of Nv actually was done illegitimate and potentially caused more issues with what was left of my motor, this company failed to take responsibility for there actions; the customer service was a horrendous experience , I don't recommend this place to anyone as it's businesses like this that are ruining what good customer service is really about .

Angi2they wanted to charge double what the other company I had ultimately have chosen. they were professional and believe the work would be great. HOWEVER, they would have charged me $360 total for 2 garage door springs, and thankfully I went with another company and only paid $185 total for 2 garage door springs. I do believe this does boarder on an ethical issue. But buyer beware. Services Rendered: Garage door springs
