Tommy the technician was prompt , took a look at what the problem was and explained the differences between the chain vs belt system..Based upon the detailed questions I asked I made the decision on what I wanted. I called to have a technician come out to help me with my garage door sensors malfunctioning. They immediately got someone to come by that day to inspect the problem. Tommy was so helpful and replaced the sensors quickly. I will recommend this company to any of my friends and colleagues. The company is super friendly and reliable.
Good in responding on questions about the issues and problems of garage door. It's easy to schedule a free estimate . The office manager and the technician that fix our garage door has good customer service. The charge was reasonable, a good reliable company and would recommend if you have problems with garage door.

Big thanks to Open Sesame and technician Tommy. Late yesterday afternoon our garage door made a loud 'ka-chunk' sound and stuck closed. I called and they w were able to send out Tommy first thing in the morning. Tommy explained what had happened (broken main spring), explained my options, and completed the fix plus adjustments quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Our old garage door was cracking on the panels and more. Open Sesame sent Tommy out for a quote the next day and installation was done 2 days later only because of my schedule otherwise it could've been the next day. They are very responsive with messages and technician arrived on time. I took 2 stars off because the part they sold me was 2,5x the original price online. They took advantage of the situation where i couldnt close my garage door. Its kinda hard to find honest companies. Specially when they know its an emergency.
I've used Open Sesame Garage Doors in the past and have always been pleased. This time was no exception. Josh initially came out and immediately recognized it was the motor and suggested we contact Chamberlain for a warranty replacement. I appreciated his honesty and guidance. When the motor came in 3 days later, I called to have it installed. Ronen gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. Ronen arrived within the time window and was very professional and positive. He replaced the motor and did a tune-up. He worked quickly and before you know it, the garage door opener was working again! Actually, it works better now than when it was new, much quicker and quieter. Ronen took the time to explain what he did. The shocker was he only charged half of what he quoted over the phone!! I also wanted to support a veteran-owned business, so I will definitely be using him again in the future. If you want an honest company working on your garage door, look no further.
Tommy came out to install 3 garage doors today. He was on time and completely professional. He was so helpful with information and helping to set everything up, and our garage doors are GREAT!!! Would definitely recommend!!!!
Our garage door had a broken spring. Tommy with Open Sesame Garage Doors responded quickly and got the job done in about 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Besides that, I loved that he didn't try to sell me extra stuff and replace parts that didn't need replacing. I'll definitely use this company again if I have another issue.

Our garage door clickers stopped working even after changing the batteries and reprogramming them, then one day the garage door decided it was going to stop working from the main keypad as well. My boyfriend called Open Sesame and the next day Tommy came over right on time and texted us to let us know he was on the way. He was very friendly and thorough with answering all our questions about our repair options which helped us make our decision, I appreciate everything he did for us!

Just wanted to share what a fantastic experience we had with Open Sesame Garage Doors. In short...outstanding service, fair price and quality results. We called 9am on a Sunday morning. Spoke with Ronen, the owner, who said he'd have someone at our home by 2pm. By 1pm Chad arrived. He assessed the situation and clearly explained all options from a "band-aid" fix to full replacement without any sales pressure. Ultimately the best option for us was full replacement including door and opener. By Monday evening everything was installed. Chad's installation was organized, efficient and clean. I came home from work last night to a garage door that wouldn't open. I contacted Open Sesame a little while later, and they were able to make an appointment for the very next day. I wanted a second opinion. They worked around my schedule. After meeting with Tommy and discussion my options, I moved forwarded with having Tommy make the needed repairs and upgrades. Ronen did such a great job fixing our garage!! He's very kind and friendly! He came with the right parts to fix what was broken. We will definitely use Open Sesame again and will refer our friends and families!!
So, after calling a few other companies, I called Open Sesame. Ronen called back and said that he could make it within an hour. This was great as I had a previous engagement. He was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it within a few minutes. He also checked the garage door system and gave it the thumbs up.
