I called because our sensors weren't working. Dennis was able to schedule a time the same day. Josh replaced our sensors, lubricated the doors, and fixed a bracket. He also made some recommendations for our threshold. It was done very quickly and Josh was very pleasant. Appreciated the quick and friendly service. Would definitely recommend Castle.
I called Castle at 7:30 am this morning to ask if they could repair my garage door spring and cable. I received a return call before 8:00 and had a serviceman out at 10:30. The cable and spring were replaced within a half hour. This company is professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for garage door repair.
You never know how much you depend on your garage door, until it doesn't work! So, quick service is really important for getting it fixed. I called Castle at 8:30 a.m. this morning and they diagnosed the problem with my garage door over the phone (broken spring). By noon, my garage door was back in service and price was really reasonable. All around it was a great experience and I'll definitely use them again.
Had a great experience with them, in the midst of COVID19 stay at home orders, our garage door opener broke. They came out, repaired it promptly and even solved my missing garage door opener issues by providing us with newly programmed openers at a reasonable price.

After several unsuccessful attempts over a couple of days to reprogram our garage door keypad, I called Castle Overhead Garage Doors with a plea for help. I left a message as directed and was amazed to get a return call from Josh quite soon. Despite having a full day ahead, he agreed to fit us into his schedule later in the day. I also asked if he would bring a new, more updated keypad as ours was quite old. Josh arrived ahead of schedule, quickly assessed the problem, installed the new keypad, programmed the code into two remotes, explained features of the new keypad, made sure the garage door was working properly and charged a reasonable rate for the service. We were completely satisfied with his timely, efficient, professional and courteous service! Impressive!

Our double door was severely damaged to the point we had to leave it closed and park outside, we feared it would collapse on top of our cars. We called Castle hoping they could fix it as soon a possible. They came out the next day and were very informative about their products and approximate time for install. We picked out the doors and openers, we were given an estimate , they ordered the doors and told me that they would try to get them installed before they go on vacation in two weeks. Our doors were installed before they went on vacation. These people are awesome, and we love our new doors! They are punctual, polite , performed an excellent install, hauled off the old doors, and did this before they went on vacation. Yes! we would definitely recommend this company. My call was returned the same day, and the garage door springs were replaced the next day. The installer was personable and able to answer all my questions. He worked quickly and carefully. He was also great with my dogs! Services Rendered: One of the springs on my garage door was broken. The installer recommended replacing them both, because they were old.
