On Saturday afternoon, our garage door spring broke and the Garage Door wouldn't open. After messaging Mount Hope on Facebook, we had a reply within a few minutes (again, on a Saturday) and we were scheduled for repair first thing Sunday morning (they offered Saturday, but Sunday worked better for us).
They had all of the parts needed on hand to repair the garage door, and inspected/serviced our other garage door while they were on-site. Would recommend this business to anyone that needs repair, regular maintenance, replacement, or new installation. Incredibly friendly staff, and very helpful.
