Josh, the serviceman, was there quickly and found the framework couldn't be repaired and that the whole unit needed to be replaced. He showed us what the problems were and replaced the unit. The whole thing was complete In-in not much more than an hour. We were impressed and very satisfied with the service.

I'm a renter and during the snow storm in early January a power surge blew out our garage door system. While it took a few days for them to arrive due to how busy they were. When rep showed up, he knew exactly what the problem was and took all of 15 minutes to take the old unit out and put the new one in. He made sure everything worked and cleaned up behind himself. Now price wise I'm not sure how much this service cost because I am a renter but I do know they setup a Bluetooth controller & reset the keypad at no extra cost. Was friendly and fast which is all I can ask for.

When I have problems with my garage doors, I always call Overhead Door Company. They have always been quick, reliable and friendly.
My garage door opener was de-programmed. Overhead Door Co was able to reprogram the remote and also helped me to program the home link buttons in both of our vehicles. The visit was less than 1 hour long. Very satisfied with their expertise and efficiency. Good customer service from our technician on site as well as the people on the phone setting the appointment up.
Garage door spring broke discovering it early morning. Went online to Overhead Door Company of Kansas City and was able to request service through their very customer friendly website. Response was immediate and was fixed before mid morning. Great service will definitely use again if needed.
Overhead Door responded to my request for quotes within minutes at 7pm on a Sunday night. They had someone to my door by 8am the following morning and the technician, Kirk, was friendly, personable, & professional. Kirk had my garage door cables fixed within 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable for what I thought was a big fix. 10/10 would recommend.

On 2/1/2022, I gave them a deposit of $1500 with the promise that job would be completed within 2months. It is now 09/07/2022 install was set last week for today. Got a call today with more excuses on why job cant be completed. I went with this company because I thought they could handle a job of this size. MAN WAS I WRONG. Services Rendered: Hired company to replace all doors for 3 car garage, news door lifts, and install high lift system on one of the doors.
My garage door would not shut because one of the cables came off. I put the cable back on but it came off again immediately when I tried to shut the door. I called Overhead Door Company of Kansas City and they came to my house the same day. Marshall was awesome in fixing my garage door. The issue with my door seemed extremely serious but he performed minor maintenance on the door and now it opens and closes like new. He asked if I had any questions or other issues. There were some things about the door opener that I didn't understand that he explained to me. He also provided helpful tips that I didn't even know to ask. He was extremely friendly and courteous. The cost was extremely reasonable. Overhead Door Company of Kansas City now has me as a permanent customer because of Marshall. I almost never provide reviews but I was so satisfied with their service, I just had to write this review. Services Rendered: Garage door would not shut
Awful. Called on a Sunday for emergency service as I had a broken garage door spring. Can't open the door. They said someone was coming out. Nobody showed up. Monday morning called back. They said they couldn't get to it until late in the day Monday. AVOID. Services Rendered: Emergency Service
